Get your own WHERE DO I SIGN!!! deal I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one exam I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one example in stock and it was just released to the consumers. Bree Wallen responded to my e-mail very quickly and proceed to give me an appraisal of my trade via e-mail which non of the other dealers I reached out to did this for me. I stopped by the same weekend to take a quick test drive of this SUV. To my surprise Bree had off but I meet Peter Kompotiatis upon walking into the dealership. Peter and I hit it right off since he is an avid car enthusiast. After the test drive I was not only presented the sale numbers on the vehicle but Peter went out of his way to get me all of the incentives that BMW was offering. To close the deal not only did they discount the SUV and gave me the incentives, they also gave me a choice of special financing rates of 0.90% for 72 months. DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ FAIR TRADE VALUE=WHERE DO I SIGN!!!! Needless to say I purchased the first X3M40i at the dealership. In the finance office I meet Alyssa Christian who was a great sport and did not pressured me into purchasing any unwanted add-ons. Five days later I reached out to Peter about the 2018 Black M3 that was sitting in the showroom. Needless to say DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ =WHERE DO I SIGN!!!! I ended up purchasing the M3 also even though I was planning to do a European Deliver on one. Three weeks later my brother-in law ended up purchasing a 2018 530I Xdrive from Peter. Again, DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ FAIR TRADE VALUE=WHERE DO I SIGN!!! He could not be happier with his new 5 series. Lastly I cannot forget BMW Genius Casey Hawbaker who was great at explaining the vehicle tech features and saved me from reading the owners manual. Dennis is a pleasure to work with and isn't afraid to suggest things you hadn't thought of (I originally came in to look at a 4-series on the lot and ended up ordering an M240 and also test driving an X4 M40). Alyssa made the paperwork end of financing a breeze, much faster than any other purchase experience I've had. After delivery the Genius visit (Encore) was great as well and very informative. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional and one that makes a important decision a lot easier. I worked with two individuals who make the process enjoyable. Dennis Fisher, Sales Associate and Kosta Touloumes, Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Sun's ownership should be proud of employees like these two gentlemen and their commitment to serving their clients. This is not my first purchase from the Sun Motorcars and it is well run and professional in all aspects of the operation. I highly recommend this dealership! More
The best buying experience I have ever had! I recently purchased an i3 from Sun, not because they were remotely close to me, but because they happened to have a car with the exact specifications I recently purchased an i3 from Sun, not because they were remotely close to me, but because they happened to have a car with the exact specifications that I wanted. I can't express what a great experience it was to do business with this group of professionals. Much of the praise goes to Peter Kompotiatis. We really appreciated his intimate knowledge of the cars coupled with his easy-going sales approach. He went above and beyond what would be expected to make sure this was the right car for us as well as getting us the best price possible. I will continue to buy cars from Sun as long as Peter and the exceptional support team are there. More
Worst Service ever! By far the worst service experience I have ever had! I have had our 2015 X1 in for service at least 8 times in the past 6 months. The first time was f By far the worst service experience I have ever had! I have had our 2015 X1 in for service at least 8 times in the past 6 months. The first time was for a seat belt issue. Which they fixed. The second was for a air bag light. Which was also fixed after replacing a module. But ever since they did the repair on the air bag module the NAV system in the car does not stay up when you turn the car off. It will intermittently go to the menu screen. The car has been in 6 times for this problem for several days to a week at a time. I explained exactly how the issue seems to happen and gave detailed instructions on how to duplicate the issue. Of course they didn't test it the way I told them and they keep saying they cant duplicate the problem. So after the 5th time of having the car in for service I got fed up because they were not listening to my instructions on when and how to make it do this issue, So I recorded the issue and showed them the video and emailed it to them. A few more trips to service and now I am being told that this is normal operations.. REALLY?????? Then why did the car never do this before you worked on it?? And why did none of the loaner cars you gave to me for the many times the car was in to get fixed have this issue??? And why did my Z4 not have this issue??? Why do none of my friends that have BMW,s have this issue????? I was told and received a email from BMW where a technician is saying this is normal operation.. REALLY??? My car must be special because it never did it before Sun Motors worked on it and now all of a sudden this is normal operation. Either BMW USA did not get the full information about the issue or they just do not want to fix or stand by their product. In any case this is not normal operation. Also I want to note that the service advisor TIM said to me its not a big deal you just hitting a extra button to get it to come up.. Seriously that's how you talk to a customer with a issue with a brand new car? 14 months we have owned this car and for the last 6 months it has been in and out of service for days to weeks at a time.. The first time I told them about the issue I explained to them that it isn't a huge issue but it is annoying simply because it was not like this before they worked on it. Also this is a brand new car and a premium car it should work properly. But as more time passed and them having me have to DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM it is now a huge issue. I mean I had to video the car doing it just to even get anywhere with this dealer all because they were to lazy to take the car out and properly test it to duplicate the issue with the instructions I gave to them. I now have a call into BMW USA Customer relations and will making sure this problem get solved. I will be posting my review of SUN MOTORS on every dealer review site there is. I want to warn people before they take their car in for service and get it back with a new problem that all of a sudden is NORMAL OPERATION! More
