Scott Holland was very easy to work with. I was really interested in the 2013 X5. He really went out of his way to answer my phone calls on his cell phone even though it was his day off. He explained to m interested in the 2013 X5. He really went out of his way to answer my phone calls on his cell phone even though it was his day off. Instead of me calling the dealership to ask to speak with him, he would call me and notify of any changes while my vehicle was in production. I bought two BMWs from Sun Motors BMW- a 335xi and an '08 X3. I've found their new location on the Carlisle Pike to be an excellent place to wait for your car to be serviced if you must, but have never foun X3. Service is always a 4/5 or better experience from the BMW survey I try to fill out. As far as sales, I've had experience working with Bob Burkholder. He's a bit old school and sometimes didn't know what features were equipped on the car, but was always pleasant to work with. One thing you must know about Sun BMW is that they rarely deal on their cars unless maybe they are '09 models getting ready for the '10s to come in for instance. They will give you more money for your trade if you have one, but prices on their cars are somewhat firm. Overall, the dealership is a 8/10 or 9/10 and is very convenient to the greater Harrisburg area. More
