Frankly Brian the sales representative pushed hard for the up sell extended warranties see also did not want to work with us to offer me a value for my a $6,000 trade-in vehicle. The ussual suspects in the back room did not want to work with me and told me to sell my used car someplace else. I ended up buying a vehicle through them anyway and after I sign the paperwork to get my vehicle it was a chore to pick it up, (salesperson was no where to be found), I was told it would take 30 minutes I was at the dealership for 3 hours because nothing was ready for me. I had to listen to the extended warranty pitch 2 more times and was even told by the finance manager that it was mandatory that she had to tell me about it! You can do business here but it's going to be very very painful and you're not going to get good service or a good deal. More

This is a follow up review to my initial review a few days ago. After much frustration and consideration (only because the truck we wanted came back on the market) we met with Gabriel a new sales man w days ago. After much frustration and consideration (only because the truck we wanted came back on the market) we met with Gabriel a new sales man who was very considerate and knowledgeable. Thank you G- we appreciate the time and effort you put in for us and I love your hair don't change it!. With that being said we still have some reservation about our initial experience and the final manager who tried to sell us a very over priced extended warranty. We contacted Ford directly and found they offer a much better EW for thousands less. Sorry I couldn't remove my initial rating. Also the people we worked with are not listed on the employee pictures below. More
