Had called the dealership to verify a vehicle that I wanted to buy was still available before I made the hour and a half drive. I spoke with the salesman who stated that he would take it off the lot and wanted to buy was still available before I made the hour and a half drive. I spoke with the salesman who stated that he would take it off the lot and hold it for me to get there. So I took off of work. Drop my daughter off at daycare. And made the hour and a half drive up to the dealership. I was literally about to pull into the driveway when I received a call from that salesman stating he had just sold the vehicle to someone else. But wanted to try to sell me a different vehicle. Unbelievably frustrating that I was told a vehicle would be held for me to purchase And then sold out from underneath me. I wasted three hours of my drive time. $100 in gas. Money spent on daycare. And money lost at work for absolutely nothing. I spent the entire car ride home in tears. The manager I spoke to was nice and apologetic. However, I would still never do business with this dealership considering they don't take peoples time and money seriously and they're willing to toss customer service out the window for a sale when they probably could've sold two cars if they would've held to their word. They had a used vehicle I was interested in, And I wanted to see underneath ~ Brian immediately put it up in a hoist so I could examine for any rust, he also came along on test ride since I was unfami wanted to see underneath ~ Brian immediately put it up in a hoist so I could examine for any rust, he also came along on test ride since I was unfamiliar with the area, after further review ~ the sale went smoothly, Danah the Financial Manager went over all the purchase details as well.
