After 24 hours of doing nothing with my credit app he finally took the Consumer beware! Salesman, Dillon, responded to my online purchase request. After 24 hours of doing nothing with my credit app he finally took the “package” to the finance manager. After seeing the credit check hit my credit report and after hours of hearing nothing from Dillon I sent another inquiry and was told “your credit was approved but the car was sold 15 minutes ago”. Im not upset that the car was sold but I am upset with the shady business practices. Tell me the car sold, no problem, don’t run my credit thinking you can talk me into another car. The way a business handles a customer that has been treated poorly, intentional or not, says a lot about the business. In this case, the sales managers response was basically “sucks to be you”. More
