Did the deal over the phone. They made it very easy. Drove 8 hours one way to pick up they made the paper work very fast so I could turn around and head back. Didn't need to haggle on price. Excellent customer service!! Service guy at the desk was so friendly and the work on my vehicle was done quickly. Always have been very impressed with the service I get here. I bought my vehicle back in 20 so friendly and the work on my vehicle was done quickly. Always have been very impressed with the service I get here. I bought my vehicle back in 2010 from Beaver Dam Ford and I have continued to have my vehicle serviced at this location. My vehicle is now 10 years old and has 187,000 miles on it but because of the excellent service I have gotten here I plan to keep this car another 100,000. She is in excellent shape all due to the service she gets! More
