This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many over the years. I went into the dealership with my usual trepidation about the car buying process, expecting to have to play the and I have had many over the years. I went into the dealership with my usual trepidation about the car buying process, expecting to have to play the usual "believe half they tell you" game, I was so happy when I realized that Robert was exactly what you would want in a car dealer: knowledgeable, honest, and no pressure. I have never bought a car so quickly and it was a combination of the great experience on the test drive and having Robert to help me. I felt valued and while I can't remember ever saying this, I enjoyed the whole car buying experience. I recommend Richard 100% and he will always be the one I deal with in the future. More
