I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra pick-up for my local moving company. I was looking for the perfect vehicle to visit clients when I perform estimates. I had never purchased a Toyota, so my knowledge of their products was very limited. But the Tundra trucks look so good, it made me want to see one in person up close. When I walked into the Suburban Showroom, I was quickly greeted by Awring Ahmed. She was incredible to work with and helped quickly explain the different versions of the Tundra trucks. She set me up for a test drive of the one that seemed to match all my needs perfectly. After the drive, I was was sold on the product, but still needed to figure out pricing and financing. Awring made the process really simple and transparent. Negotiating the price for the truck was not your typical "uncomfortable and awkward" car dealership experience. I am grateful for the professionalism and way she handled my business. I am now about a week into having purchased my new truck and so far, I love it. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Toyota, you should prioritize working with Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills and especially seek out Awring Ahmed. You will find the buying experience to be pleasant, fair, and worth the visit. Even the financing contact was really nice and did a good job getting us the best rate and terms. I wish I could remember his name. One more thing, before I left, Awring went through the entire vehicle with me and made sure I knew how to use all the technology and different 4 x 4 modes for the vehicle. She even helped me sync my phone. More

Wow. . based on reviews by other customers, it would appear that Suburban Toyota's lack of service by its 'service staff' (..service is in the job title!) . based on reviews by other customers, it would appear that Suburban Toyota's lack of service by its 'service staff' (..service is in the job title!) mimics the same 1 star rating the Suburban Chrysler Jeep, Ram dealership is also know for. So sad, I wanted to bring my Toyota there ...but I'll avoid the disappointment. More
