Renee Gleason was an absolute charm to work with. Her initial greeting was cheery and not pushy. I was comfortable with her so I answered her questions honestly and she in turn gave me a realistic picture of what would work or not. Later,(10 mins.) the dealership took in a trade that would end up being an exact fit for us. Renee called promptly and the message was waiting for me at home ( I did not have my cell phone on me). After talking to Renee, she offered to bring the car over to our house the next day for a test drive. At this point I would like to say that had Renee not tried to work with our finances or tried both of us to get into the dealership (we were to busy), we would not have bought this car. The test drive went well, we bought the car and Renee thought of everything in advance to make the subsequent dealership smooth and efficient.
