Purchased a 2023 F150 Limited from this dealership. Used truck with 3,900 miles. Met Terry Lange through the negotiation process and was he on his game! His Dad is the GM and his Sister also works there. Had an extremely positive attitude and it was truly an experience like purchasing from a "family" run business which is extremely rare. Terry was very ambitious and definitely willing to do whatever necessary to answer any questions, schedule a drive, etc. After getting the vehicle home and hand washing it for the 1st time, I noticed an unusual panel gap between the drivers door and front fender. Nothing extreme but enough to ask the dealership to look at it to make sure it was a minor factory flaw and not a previous accident even though the CarFax for the vehicle showed no accidents. Terry offered to send a staff member to our home to pick up the vehicle and deliver it if necessary. I wanted to be there in person to see the vehicle on a lift so I declined but his willingness to help and never once be defensive was really impressive!! When I arrived to have the truck inspected, Terry and 2 Technicians that were knowledgeable in body/paint damage put the truck on a lift so we could look at it to ensure the truck had never been damaged in an accident. He said if there was any issues, they would refund my money and take the truck back. He said he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my experience. Everything checked out 100% but Terry went over and above in every aspect of the transaction. I personally haven't seen customer service like Terry provided in a very long time, if ever. Would never hesitate to do business with a professional like Terry Lange! More

The time the dealership took with me letting me drive three different sizes was very much appreciated. Mark Lange, General manager went above and beyond making sure I knew exactly which one I wanted. I’ve been over the moon with my new Ford expedition max. Joe Grillo my sales rep provided the best service I’ve ever had of a dealership. He went above and beyond explaining different options as well as the paperwork process was simplified. I was able to do everything online Joe delivered the vehicle to my driveway. Went over everything with me. It was much appreciated as I was recovering from double hernia surgery. Suburban Ford of Troy is my new choice for any Ford products I buy. They really treat you like family and that meant a lot to me. More

Went to buy our vehicle from Suburban. Dan was so helpful. We purchased a used vehicle. He helped on everything. We noticed the squeak before purchase, and we were told by Dan, that they would look into it. They did. With his help, we have the vehicle we wanted. Dan, thank you!!! We will be back for our next vehicle in July. Such kind, caring, sales. This is the type of person, that everyone wants to deal with. Don’t change that kindness Dan. You were perfect. The GM has to know, that they have an awesome sales representative. Thank you!!! This was a pre retirement vehicle, mostly cash deal. Great vehicle. Thanks for helping us Dan. More

Will (William Ruggirello) defines excellent customer service. I'm sure other service staff is great, also. Brought in one car to get serviced. Next day I brought in other car. Car was listed at 11K, and agreed to a cost of 10. 5K for this car with Herb. At no point did he tell me of the $399 used car fee this dealership has. During the final signing I discovered the fee and 5K for this car with Herb. At no point did he tell me of the $399 used car fee this dealership has. During the final signing I discovered the fee and that my cost was really 10,899. I was told by Aaron and Terry that the fee is in their fine print on their website and there is nothing they can do about it. If this fee was told up front I would have negotiated more or walked away at immediately. Apparently buyers need to look at the website over a handshake with the salesman. They could have easily waived this fee, but instead they now have a seller that will never come back and tell all about this shady practice here. I also said something to Herb on my way out, but he was useless and didn't even say sorry for the mix up. More
When my Gold Certified Ford Fusion Hybrid was delivered, I discovered a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed. I was initially told that this would be my responsibility. After contacting the dealers I discovered a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed. I was initially told that this would be my responsibility. After contacting the dealership to express my concerns, I received a phone call from Mark Lange, the general manager of Suburban Ford of Troy. I explained the problem and he assured me that this problem would not be my responsibility, that he would send a driver to my home in Lansing to bring me a loaner car and take my car back for repair, and that he personally would oversee further inspection of my vehicle to make sure there are no other issues. Without my asking, he even inquired about whether I received a second key fob and offered to provide one. Mark's commitment to quality and customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a satisfied customer. I would thoroughly recommend Mark Lange and Suburban Ford of Troy. More
