Service manger was rude when I was finally able to talk to hi. When I went to pick up my car service associates was on her personal cell having a personal conversation and made me wait for her to finish he to hi. Did not buy a new car. I am rating the people I dealt with. I am visiting from out of state. My Ford Escape seas starting rough 2 days in a row. I talked to some dealerships that could not help me befo with. I am visiting from out of state. My Ford Escape seas starting rough 2 days in a row. I talked to some dealerships that could not help me before I needed to leave the state. I first spoke to, and dealt with, Mike in service. Suburban was able to get my car in FAST! Two days later, Mike called me with the great news that my car was completed and ready for pickup. I was thrilled! Mike was so helpful and friendly through all of this. When I picked up, Carloluigi helped me. He was also very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. He had a porter wash my car and bring it out. I am so thankful for the quick service, and friendly help. I would absolutely recommend Suburban! More

They have had my car for six weeks so far. Have not provided me with a rental car which was part of the agreement when car was purchased. Find out I have a cracked block due to the way the motor was d provided me with a rental car which was part of the agreement when car was purchased. Find out I have a cracked block due to the way the motor was designed by Ford engineering. Next they wanted all my oil change receipts. We gladly provided them only to be told that Ford will only pay part of the bill for a new motor because the car is 2,000 miles out of the warranty and now we have to pay $2,500.00 to get it fixed. I have no idea what a design/engineering problem has to do with my warranty. Not only that but as an RN I simply cannot miss work and have had to borrow vehicles to get there. More

This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More
