Shop Manager makes you feel stupid, nobody wants to help. I have complained and have been passed around and I still have the same issues. Bottom line is moody cares, the customer is stupid in their eyes. I I have complained and have been passed around and I still have the same issues. Knowledgeable staff that is friendly. Every time I have used service center was given an estimated time of completion and was always under time promised. While I understand that may not always happen I am used service center was given an estimated time of completion and was always under time promised. While I understand that may not always happen I am very satisfied time frame given. More

Went to Suburban Ford today to pick up a rental car while my car is currently being worked on. The customer service representative was very courteous and friendly. She answered all of my questions and I had my car is currently being worked on. The customer service representative was very courteous and friendly. She answered all of my questions and I had a terrific experience!! I would recommend to anyone!!! More
