And while some of that has to do with doing things on my end, Michele always negotiates for me to make sure I've gotten the best financing. Michele is caring, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond giving you all the information you need. She always answers my numerous questions and makes sure I get the best deal possible in addition to all the options I want or need in my car. She's never made me feel picky or like I was asking too many questions (and I have had some bad experiences at other dealers!). She's very organized and responsive via email and phone. She does a great job every time making sure to walk me through the purchasing process, making sure I get her the documents she needs.
