Find another dealership! I have 2 issues. I wanted info on a new lease and they were going to give me $1000 towards my new lease when the equity in my Escape was $10,000. The I have 2 issues. I wanted info on a new lease and they were going to give me $1000 towards my new lease when the equity in my Escape was $10,000. Then when I took my boyfriend back the number changed to $2500. Second issue, I went to Genysis Credit Union to buyout my lease a few months early. I was pre approved for the best rate and my son was able to go on the loan with me. I called the dealership to get my lease layout and received the run around. I was told I had to have my credit pulled again and go through Ford, I could not go to Genysis directly. I called Genysis and they said that’s wrong, they do these all the time. Genysis called them directly and was told the same thing. Suburban will TRY to match the rate given but everything had to go through them. Well, I called Russ Milne Ford Leasing Manager and he didn’t know why I couldn’t do this thru Suburban. Russ Milne is going to work with Genysis to complete my lease buyout without going thru Ford Credit. Hopefully this will help someone else. I’ve spent a week trying to get answers from Suburban and am highly frustrated and disappointed. More

I have attempted 5 different times today to make a service appointment for two safety recalls on the vehicle I purchased there. I was transferred once and then the call dropped, called back and was tr service appointment for two safety recalls on the vehicle I purchased there. I was transferred once and then the call dropped, called back and was transferred and put on hold for literally 13 minutes, hung up and called back 3 more times and was transferred three more times and then the calls dropped. Very frustrating. More

I purchased a used 2014 F150 from their used car department. I had mechanical problems with the engine shortly after driving the vehicle. Not once but twice within the first month. I took the truck department. I had mechanical problems with the engine shortly after driving the vehicle. Not once but twice within the first month. I took the truck to the service department for the repairs. The service representatives I dealt with were helpful and informative. Both problems would have cost me another $5-$6K in repair bills. Service communicated with the Used Car Director Brian Lagodna both times and both times the repairs were paid by the dealer. Needless to say, I am very happy with my experience and the purchase of my truck. Great people. More
Oh my goodness! If every Dealership was run like this one, there wouldn't be any on line car buying going on!!! EVERYONE at this place is not just "nice" but Kind! They behave like you're family & just came into their house! The manager (Brian) goes around hugging his employees & joking with them. My salesman, Michael B was so patient with me!
