Really deserves 0 stars. I had to have my car towed there on Monday, It is now Wednesday and no one has called me about my vehicle. Service could use some fixing. I dropped my truck off for a recall and asked them to look at breaks, do to squeeling. Said yes to being texted, upon the automation texting me and asking about my truck they dont answer the text multiple times. I had my son drive me to dealership only to be ignored for about 20 minutes. Then after finally talking to someone, find out that I need new rotors and they won't have them till tomorrow. Mind you my truck doesn't even have 10k miles. So they said they would need to keep it for another day. Here it is almost 30 hours later and still no word. Communication to customers would be nice. Not to mention I have to inconvenience other people to get to and from work. Because I wasn't told to make other arrangements ahead of time. Communication people More

After making the inquiry I attempted to purchase this vehicle. I was told that they had a "DEPOSIT" when they learned that I'd be paying cash. Contaxted them again the following day to purchase this 2011 vehicle. I was told that they had a "DEPOSIT" when they learned that I'd be paying cash. Contaxted them again the following day to purchase this 2011 Cadillac ESV with 156,000 miles for $6,995. However I was informed that they still had a deposit on this vehicle. Ive never heard of this at an A Dealership. I suspect that they never had this vehicle since when I tried to locate the vehicle on their lot it wasnt there and it wasnt inside anywhere. I asked the porter to look for the vehicle but he said he had no idea. All in all a very POOR experience More

I found a car with a specific package on it via Ford. com that showed Dealer Ordered by Suburban Ford. I contacted the dealership on 09/02 and was randomly sent to John. From there, John was over the to com that showed Dealer Ordered by Suburban Ford. I contacted the dealership on 09/02 and was randomly sent to John. From there, John was over the top helpful. He had to dig into the status of the car I had my eyes on. He phoned me back in less than 30 mins to confirm the car was in production and available. I was able to provide a deposit over the phone to hold the car which was super convenient to me because I live about an hour from this dealership. I was able to text him with questions and even send him my ID over the phone. By 09/14 I was advised my car was out for delivery to the dealership. I asked John if there was any way we could meet half way between our locations when the car was ready for delivery and without hesitation he said yes. When the car arrived to Suburban and was all shined up, John created a You Tube video for me of the exterior and interior of the car!! AMAZING because I was expecting to take delivery without laying my eyes on the car first. After the video, I was able to work with Alex the Finance person to digitally sign all of the documents. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The simple communication via text and e-mail with John along with his willingness to meet me at a location closer to my home made this a fantastic buying experience. Two weeks to the day from our first call, I took delivery. We will be repeat customers thanks to John. More
