i am an older man without much money or credit. they sold me a used car at a highly inflated cost. Rachel Kupke sold me my car and i even told her that i thought she was ripping me off. it's my they sold me a used car at a highly inflated cost. Service is non existent. David G decided that I was the main one signing oh and I was trading in my F150 lease (which I wasnt because I would have been carless). When ford denied us the credit because expeditions are ridiculously expensive, he was hard to contact and was no help. Then last week from Spirit Ford my home ford dealer called and told me my truck I ordered and waited since February had come. I was unable to get approved because David G had me turning my truck in and raised the value so now Ford doesn’t understand why I cant throw a massive down payment down. Thank you David G and Suburban Ford for robbing me of the chance to get my dream truck. Absolute scamsters More

Find another dealership! I have 2 issues. I wanted info on a new lease and they were going to give me $1000 towards my new lease when the equity in my Escape was $10,000. The I have 2 issues. I wanted info on a new lease and they were going to give me $1000 towards my new lease when the equity in my Escape was $10,000. Then when I took my boyfriend back the number changed to $2500. Second issue, I went to Genysis Credit Union to buyout my lease a few months early. I was pre approved for the best rate and my son was able to go on the loan with me. I called the dealership to get my lease layout and received the run around. I was told I had to have my credit pulled again and go through Ford, I could not go to Genysis directly. I called Genysis and they said that’s wrong, they do these all the time. Genysis called them directly and was told the same thing. Suburban will TRY to match the rate given but everything had to go through them. Well, I called Russ Milne Ford Leasing Manager and he didn’t know why I couldn’t do this thru Suburban. Russ Milne is going to work with Genysis to complete my lease buyout without going thru Ford Credit. Hopefully this will help someone else. I’ve spent a week trying to get answers from Suburban and am highly frustrated and disappointed. More
