After dealing with another salesman prior I swore I’d never come back to Suburban. Then we were introduced to Jeremy. Since then we have continued our business with Suburban and have gotten 3 vehicles fr never come back to Suburban. Then we were introduced to Jeremy. Brought my super duty F250 to Suburban Ford quick lane service. They are supposed to top off all fluids. As usual, the DEF wasn't filled. Had to go back and wait another hour for that. The check list incl service. They are supposed to top off all fluids. As usual, the DEF wasn't filled. Had to go back and wait another hour for that. The check list includes battery service, but one week later both batteries were completely dead. Had to call a tow truck. Very disappointing. Also, I have doubts that all of the "green" check marks are legitimate. More
