Horrendous service, stay away! One month ago I brought my Mustang (that I had bought here) in for a warranty repair. The service guys took pictures of a small crack and were supposed to send them in to corporate and call me back. Three weeks later I find out that they never sent the pictures in, and they never called me back. I talk to Mike Skeltis and he tells me that "he doesn't care what happened" (exact quote) to those pictures and that I should take my mustang to another dealership for a second opinion. Stay away from this dealership. They will lie to you and then ignore you. Worst service I have ever had. More
Outstanding customer service We took our 2013 Flex in for a problem, and while the problem could not be recreated in shop,Samantha was quick to call us and update us as the car wa We took our 2013 Flex in for a problem, and while the problem could not be recreated in shop,Samantha was quick to call us and update us as the car was being worked and to let us know we could pick it up. The following day, while shopping, the engine cover under the car came off. Samantha coordinated in-shop and the Service Foreman actually came to me , reviewed the problem and fixed it enough for me to drive the car back to the Dealership. The car was taken right away to the service area and fixed! I was incredibly impressed with the personal care I received today. This outstanding service saved men time and money! Thanks to all those involved. More

Sold me a bad used car I would never recommend or use this ford dealer ever again for a used car. Last year I bought a used far from them with a clean car fax report and in I would never recommend or use this ford dealer ever again for a used car. Last year I bought a used far from them with a clean car fax report and inspected by their department. Recently after trying to trade in this car and after $1,000.00's spent on fixing repairs I learned that the car was a Fleet/Rental car and was involved in 2 accidents back in 2012. Contact Carfax and they confirmed that this information was reported to the dealer car fax, but somehow it was not on the one that they showed me at the time of sale. The issues that I have with the car have all been in the front end on the same side as the accident. Reviewing the sales contract there is also no notes about these as well which should always be added on a "As is Sale". Beware and make sure that you pay for your own car fax report before you buy a used car and make sure that they are not showing you a fraudulent one like they showed me. Cars value instantly went down about $8,000.00 because of this new information. More

Both JR and David worked with me to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I had budgeted. We faced a couple of challenges with the purchase that they were able to help me navigate through to ensure my wife got her first ever new car and that it would remain a surprise they were determined to help me achieve. David was great at communicate with me throughout the process and if I had a question that he didn't know the answer to he was always honest and would go seek those answers and follow-up with me right away. I have had plenty of bad experiences dealing with dishonest sales people at other non-Ford dealerships, but this was the complete opposite. Great experience and our first ever Ford purchase was a fantastic one. Even my wife who went into the dealership the next day after I surprised her with the car, spoke very highly of both the dealership and David, she stated that everyone she spoke with was extremely courteous and accommodating. Brian and Mike gave me the satisfaction I needed I purchased my 2004 PT Cruiser in the beginning of June 2015. Within a couple of weeks the battery light came on. Calls to the service department were not satisfactory to my situation...I would have to wait weeks for service. A call to my salesman, Mike Sillinger on Thursday June 25, brought out their best. He told me to bring it in the next day, Friday, June 26th and he would get it fixed. I brought it in and they lived up to their word with a new alternator to solve my problem. To top it off, Brian drove the car to my work since I could not leave work to pick it up. I am looking to get a car for my fiancée and will most assuredly shop here again for my cars.
