Great saleman - Good dealership I just bought my first used car, I found it online and arranged via email to test drive the same day. We were met by John who was very nice and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer any question we had and did a fine job of juggling 3 customers at the same time - I was amazed. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying from John and I love my used SUV!!! I was a little disappointed in the dealership in that my car was delivered with less than a 1/4 tank of gas...My low fuel warning came on during my drive home from the dealership. There also was only 1 set of keys provided to me for my car...I have always bought new and always got 2 sets of keys...had I known I was only get one I would've negotiated the price down a little since buying a 2nd set from the GMC dealer is going to be costly. More

He spent many an hour with us scouring through inventory, helping us find the perfect vehicle while balancing price with available options. He thoroughly answered any and all questions we had for him and if there was something that wasn't clear, he would make it easily understandable. On the finance side, Sarah was also top notch!
