Terrible experience. Contacted Seller online and asked if a car my daughter was interested in was available. I was assured it was. We drove out to the dealership, and asked to see the vehicle.. We were told it was a “tow away”.. I asked what that meant, and was told that it had a bad engine and transmission. I said that the ad showed the Carfax record, including a bunch of maintenance records, but no mention of any issues. He just asked if he could show me something else, making it clear that I was not going to be able to see the vehicle. Before leaving, I went to the counter, and asked to speak with the Sales Manager. When I explained what had happened, he said that they “could have done a better job”. He quickly segued to asking my daughter what was the most she could afford to spend on a car. I laughed, and explained that we had no interest in purchasing a car from them after this obvious bait and switch attempt. We left. An hour each way wasted on this unscrupulous dealer. I am preparing a letter for the Michigan Attorney General as well. More

Joey is not honest and I do not recommend him or this dealership at all. I was told I was approved for 2 vehicles over 17k and I wanted something cheaper. I expressed to Joey while first working together that I do not want to waste his or my time. I wanted to know that I was approved and my down payment about before driving 45 minutes. He confirmed via text that I was approved for the 13k vehicle also and my down payment amount. He also told me the sooner the better to come. I called off of work for the next day and drove 45 minutes once I get there I was told I wasn’t actually approved and he wanted me to see all my options. He only cares about making money and doesn’t value anyone’s time . More

This is an EXCELLENT dealer! Eric let me test drive three vehicles I was interested in instead of just the one. He was patient with me the whole time.
