Mike runs one of the most negligent and unorganized service departments I have ever been to, had a software issue with my car that they caused and he let it sit in the shop for 3 weeks and it took my p service departments I have ever been to, had a software issue with my car that they caused and he let it sit in the shop for 3 weeks and it took my phone call for him to realize how long it had been sitting back there.
