But for 2 weeks now the texts (which were stopped) have turned into repeated phone calls and emails 7 days a week! The next one goes to police for harassment. Good luck with these harrassing, desperate, lying, typical salesmen. More

Inspected Used car Failure Purchased a 08 F250 diesel from used car lot. Low miles 45k. Inspected Used vehicle? Less than 30 days while in Kentucky the vehicle broke down went into.limp mode took to.local dealer warranty purchased wouldn't cover. Called the dealer refused to help. After returning from Kentucky brake line at master cylinder failed clearly bad causing my son to rear end another vehicle clearly a miss on the mechanic end called the dealer said sorry we won't help. buyer beware poor business practice. I have bought other vehicles from Suburban but this will be the last. Bad customer service! Buyer beware! More

Best Car Dealership Experience I discovered the Suburban Ford dealership through an inquiry I submitted through the True Car App. I was immediately contacted by Hillary Adam. Hill I discovered the Suburban Ford dealership through an inquiry I submitted through the True Car App. I was immediately contacted by Hillary Adam. Hillary worked extremely hard to earn my service. I was originally considering purchasing a Chevy Equinox or Jeep. I visited Chevy dealerships and Jeep dealerships first, but was very disappointed with the sales experience I was received at two different Chevy Dealerships. I finally decided to visit the Suburban Ford dealership because of Hillary’s persistent yet polite sales approach. Hillary provided me upfront pricing on vehicles and had vehicles ready for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Hillary also introduced me to her management team through the sales process and worked closely with them to get me the best pricing for my vehicle. I would encourage others to consider Suburban Ford for their new car purchase. I usually cringe at the thought of having to buy a new car, but after working with Hillary and her team at Suburban Ford I would not consider going anywhere else for future car purchases. More
He said "I doen't care what happened, go to different dealer I had a warranty issue with a cracked light. The service guys took pictures of a small crack and were supposed to send them in to corporate and call m I had a warranty issue with a cracked light. Three weeks later I find out that they never sent the pictures in, and they never called me back. I talk to Mike Skeltis and he tells me that "he doesn't care what happened" (exact quote) to those pictures and that I should take my mustang to another dealership for a second opinion. Stay away from this dealership. They will lie to you and then ignore you. Worst service I have ever had. More
