I enjoyed my experience working with Caselle. Dennis and his team were exceptional in taking good care of my brother. these guys went over and beyond, their customer care was very impressive. They washed the vehicle, cleaned it inside and out. Then 3 to 4 guys put the wax and buffer on it and they detailed it inside and out. They changed the oil, filled the gas tank. We took off and came back a couple hours later. Wow, it look brand new and it really made my brothers day!... Thanks to Dennis and His wonderful team. I myself was very impressed! More
Casselle is a very personable no pressure salesman, which I really appreciate.I came in on a Sat to look at and test drove one of their used cars and he approached me with an easy going attitude. He didn’t h I really appreciate.I came in on a Sat to look at and test drove one of their used cars and he approached me with an easy going attitude. He didn’t hover over me like some salespeople I’ve experienced in the past. Instead, he just left me test drive the car and told me that if I had any questions just to let him know. Needless to say, I liked the car and made an offer that I believed was favorable to me. Rather than react with doubt or skepticism, or try to haggle with me, he simply told me he’d take the offer to his manager. As expected, the offer wasn’t initially accepted, but I told Casselle that my offer was what it would take to move forward with next steps. He said he’d take it back to his manager again and this time they said they would accept the offer if we could do the deal that night. While they accepted my offer, I don’t typically pull the trigger on large purchases without sleeping on it, just to make sure I don’t make a purchase.driven by emotion since it was close to closing time. Plus I did need to also confer with my wife. Rather than pressure me to make my decision right then and there they said I could get to them the following Mon, but I did need to put up a refundable deposit to prevent anyone from purchasing the car before I made my final decision. Ultimately, I came back on Mon, test drove the car once more and decided to purchase it. Working with their Finance Mgr, Brad, was just as simple and non stressful. Brad explained everything regarding the financing and terms and we completed the contracts seamlessly and anxiety free. All in all I had a great experience with the Suburban CDJR of Farmington Hills dealership, particularly with Casselle and Brad. More
I just want to say this whole experience was great! Being a young woman buying her first car for the very first time I expected to be scammed as well as treated like I didn’t know anything.
