Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being servic accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles.
