We looked at 8 Jeeps, 4 suvs, 2 Sedans and went to 7 dealerships to find the "one" We walked out on 2 because the salesman wasn't the "one" either. Picky I am. Guess who finally got me to purchase? While the sales person Dianne is WONDERFUL, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give it a zero, I would. For the SECOND time, we dropped our car off at the appointment time, W department leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give it a zero, I would. For the SECOND time, we dropped our car off at the appointment time, Wednesday July 31 and were told we would hear from the dealer in 24 - 48 hours. When we heard nothing by Monday, we called. They had not even looked at the car yet. On Wednesday (one week after we dropped the car off) they discovered the problem, said they ordered the part and the car may be done by Friday. Again, no communication. So, we dropped in on Monday to see the status of the car. After a lenghtly wait, we were told that the part was back ordered and should be in on Tuesday - the next day. (I suspect they forgot to order the part in the first place) It is now Thursday. The car has been at the dealership for 15 days. They haven't called, we still don't have our car, and don't know when we will get it. More
