He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and his genuine enthusiasm for good customer service is obvious. Never once did we feel we were being juggled or pacified - Roger was great at multitasking customers and keeping us in the loop once the paperwork went to Finance. No one ever comments on the finance guy but seriously once in Finance, Teddy seemed to have gone out of his way to help us find the best financing deal. He contacted multiple lenders until he found one that was the most reasonable... If you ever wonder what is taking so long to be called in to sign your paperwork - DON'T RUSH THE FINANCE GUY - they are waiting to get you the best offer possible! Overall this was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks guys! More

I purchased a 300 S - once I explained what I was looking for he went above and beyond and recommended a used car instead of a brand new which is what he typicaly sells..... I never would have know that there was an opportunity for it had he not mentioned it. He gave great detail about the bells and whistles that came in the car - he was knowledgable about it and it is more than obvious that he believes in what he is selling. Gary was also a key player in making this experience amazing. Any organization would be profitable with employees who are as passionate as them! I would buy another Chrysler simply based on my purchasing experience with Roger and Gary. 12 hours after I brought my remarkable vehicle home someone attempted to steal the tires - when I called Roger to detemrine what I needed to do to have the repairs made - he reacted immediately and was able to guide me in the most effecient and finacially smart path. He again went above and beyond to help me turn an awful situation into a managable one. I recommend them to serve anyone's car purchasing needs! More

Roger Bacon is excellent! We had a great experience, looking into purchasing a Jeep Gran Cherokee Summit. The car was absolutely fantastic, but having Roger to show and tell.. He is so "into" this vehicle and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is extremely knowledgeable, but in a very natural, non-high pressure way. I loved the car, loved driving it, and loved that we were lucky enough to get Roger as our salesperson. I would definitely refer him to anyone. He's very good at what he does, but his friendly, great personality is what really makes a difference. Unprofessional - Great Sales People that Scam I purchased a Jeep Commander and Leased a Chrysler 200 from this dealership. For the past 6 years I have been giving them my money. When it is time to I purchased a Jeep Commander and Leased a Chrysler 200 from this dealership. For the past 6 years I have been giving them my money. When it is time to ask them if they would buy the lease out to get my family into a new car they stated that (1) The car didn't hold up in value, even though it is fully loaded and so clean you could eat off the floor (2) That I have more months left on my lease then I thought. Even though the sales person told me the lease would be 3 months, they made it a 39 month lease. A person that needed help and looked to Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Novi/Farmington.. They acted like the could help, put $4000 down to get out from under another vehicle and then they screw you over. Now that I am e-mailing 3 people there, they are not responding. I also got on the chat session and asked for the general managers information and the chat 'specialist' stated he didn't have there persons contact information in the directory..... Really? Do not buy from this dealership. They will bend you over. More

I wanted to post a follow-up to say that Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills redeemed themselves. After seeing my original post, I received a call from Shawn, the Service Manager, who asked me to come in so that he could personally see my tire wear and take some notes. He then called Kumho, who offered nothing, but also called Chrysler, who offered to replace my two front tires at no cost to me. So I want to thank Shawn for making the calls and ultimately doing the right thing by making sure I did not incur any costs for tires that were worn very prematurely. More
They said it was a "reliable" car I trusted Bob the used car sales manager when he said that the 2010 Dodge Journey was a reliable car and it would be better than the PT Cruiser I had I trusted Bob the used car sales manager when he said that the 2010 Dodge Journey was a reliable car and it would be better than the PT Cruiser I had that had a 130K miles on it. So I took Bob's advice and bought the car (spending more money than I wanted to). This car has been nothing but trouble and FAR from reliable. Random things would shut down on the car--the service department saw it 3 times before they finally figured out the problem. The ignition switch failed while going down the freeway at 70mph! The driver's side seat belt is broken and the check engine light comes on when I drive at high speeds. I have asked Bob, the dealership, and Chrysler to PLEASE take this car back--and have asked since the first time things shut down on my car, but they won't take it back. I was a lifelong Chrysler customer, but not anymore. Not if they can't stand behind the quality of the car they sell their customers. More
Won't take the high road Leased a 2012 Dodge Journey Crew from Suburban. I only used the dealership for all oil changes, tire rotations, etc. From week one, my tire pressure Leased a 2012 Dodge Journey Crew from Suburban. I only used the dealership for all oil changes, tire rotations, etc. From week one, my tire pressure was constantly running low and even after an oil change at their service station, I would have to have my husband take it to put in yet more air in my tires. After less than two years, my tires were balding and they were marking my tire grade in the yellow range. Told me it was nothing to worry about. At that two year, 24,000 mile range, I was getting stuck in a couple inches of snow and had to be pushed out several times, was sliding on wet pavement, etc. Turns out the tires on the car, made by Kuhmo, are made out of a compound that Kuhmo admits is not expected to last more than 20,000 miles. Suburban did nothing more than tell me that they would call Kuhmo so see if they would give me a discount on new tires, but that I would have to come in for them to make that call and be able to sit and wait up to an hour. They also told me that there was nothing they could so, that they would not replace the tires and said it was perfectly acceptable to throw the cheapest tires I could find on the car before turning it in. I told them that this was the first non-Ford vehicle I have leased in over 20 years and that I would never lease a car from them again. They couldn't have cared less. I have never received such bad service or response from a dealership. It may look posh on the outside, but they truly do not care about keeping someone's business. More
