I loved my experience soooooooooooooooooooooo much.I loved everything about it. The relationship,the customer service,and just the feeling of them being there to help my the entire process.Paul was awes loved everything about it. I think Jason should get a bonus and 3 day FREE vacation..because he was there for me and Paul with any issues we had.I have referred several friends and even brought a few during my visit. I was very upset when I first came because my situation I didn't think I would be able to get any help or even out of my last vehicle. My husband and I have not purchased a car from a dealer in sixteen years! We were a bit skittish and fearful. However, we needed to get a reliable mini van fast, and at a price we could afford! He helped us find and finance the perfect mini van in a hurry! He was understanding about our situation and the need for a vehicle quickly! We were unable to visit the dealership in person, Paul Listened to our needs, selected the vehicle, gave us an extended warranty, he even went the extra mile and delivered our new odyssey to us in the middle of a snowstorm! Then, drove another 20min. to my husband's job to finalize the paperwork! He made us feel comfortable, and reassured! He is an honest and trustworthy man, who does his best for his customers! Going the extra mile seemed like second nature to him! However, a dealer willing to go that extra mile in a snowstorm is worth his weight in gold!! I would recommend Paul to everyone!! Dealership appears to practice the old "bait and switch". That is, the add on Auto Trader add listed features that the car didn't have (Dealer response was "we have no control over the list of optio switch". That is, the add on Auto Trader add listed features that the car didn't have (Dealer response was "we have no control over the list of options appearing on Auto Trader" and "that is what the disclaimer is there for".) Window sticker on car at dealership also listed features that the car didn't have. Some obvious (no power seat in the car, but the sticker said that it had one) and some that only someone that had studied the owner's manual or knew Subaru's very well would notice. (Dealer response was "We contract with someone to print those for us.") Even the printed KBB price (supposedly obtained by entering the VIN) listed extra value options that the car does not have. The dealer response was "KBB has an error in it." In summary, errors that would tend to increase profit on the sale are not their responsibility. Before I ever went to the dealership, I had been called or e-mailed by 4 different people. (Not counting the acknowledgement of my interest in a car.) We had a windshield sealer applied before we took the car home. It was applied over fresh chips or the chips occurred during the application. More

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealership, and the salesmen Paul! My credit is not the best, in fact it's almost terrible. YESTERDAY my car was repossessed, due to my car note bein dealership, and the salesmen Paul! My credit is not the best, in fact it's almost terrible. YESTERDAY my car was repossessed, due to my car note being extremely high, and TODAY I went to this dealership and Paul helped me so much, he was friendly, honest, very helpful, and He even Showed his concerned about my last loan/car deal being unfair! I'm extremely happy with my car! I didn't think I would be able to get a newer car considering my situation! My new car is perfect for me, I love it! Not only is my car Really nice, my down payment was very small, and my car note is affordable! If you have credit issues see Paul, he will help you greatly! Thank you so much Paul, and suburban!
