Ross was friendly, and knowledgable of the Jeep Wrangler Sport that I purchased. We had spoken over the phone prior to my visit and I expressed interest in a particular vehicle that met my criteria. A few weeks ago, I wrote to tell everyone about a dealer that went above and beyond for my family. On Dec 14th we purchased a Honda odyssey. However, on the 15th I was in an accident and totaled the miniv that went above and beyond for my family. On Dec 14th we purchased a Honda odyssey. However, on the 15th I was in an accident and totaled the minivan. The insurance company called it a total loss! other then a few aches and pains no one was seriously injured I am grateful for that!! Not knowing what else to do and realizing the insurance would cover most of the vehicle, but still leave us with a small bill and no car, I called Paul to see if he had any Ideas. That was when Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor became, more than just a good dealer, but our Christmas Angel!! Paul was able to get us into a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country, and helped us with financing. Again he knew the needs of the family, picked out the perfect car ( I must say it was even better then the last one and that one was great), got everything ready for us and even came in on a day off to accommodate my husbands work schedule. I truly believe that God uses people to fulfill others needs, Paul, was defiantly used by God that day!! A few days before Christmas and we were back on the road in our new (used) minivan and looking forward to a great new year! Our Family feels blessed just knowing that Paul is there for his customers even after the sale!! We are so thankful and appreciative, Paul!! you have gained a customer for Life!! We will never shop with anyone else, and have told all of our friends and family about what you have done for us!! My Car Dealer the Christmas Angel!!! More

My husband and I made an appointment to come in and see what sort of financing deals we could get - after visiting other dealers in Washtenaw county. Our experience with other dealers were not pleasant and what sort of financing deals we could get - after visiting other dealers in Washtenaw county. Our experience with other dealers were not pleasant and we could not get approved, although frustrated we decided to make one last attempt and visit Suburban- and we are both extremely satisfied with todays visit and got approved and our vehicle same day!! Paul Alfonsi was extremely welcoming and understanding of our situation and did his best to ensure we would have what we needed and wanted. Jason Strahan was also extremely accommodating and friendly, having great staff definitely takes the stress out of buying a car. Thank you guys! More
