Best car buying experience This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I've had in my almost 40 years of buying cars. Melanie Grossman was a delight to work with. Manager Carrie and David were also easy to work with. I went in prepared for some minor disappointments because of being so upside down in my lease but that wasnt the case. It was just one pleasant experience I'll not soon forget. And I will tell everyone I know. Kudos to this awesome dealership for their amazing staff. More
Terrible customer service I was at Suburban yesterday looking at a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I took it for a test drive and it had everything I wanted! They told me to take a seat to talk with someone about a trade in and as I'm sitting at a desk waiting for someone they grabbed the keys from in front of me and let another person take it for a test drive! I was ready to buy this car, but they let someone else that was already working with a rep take it! That was very rude and unprofessional! It made me feel as if my sale meant nothing to them and I was just a number! More
NOT honest and OVER-DIAGNOSE repairs I went to Suburban's service center to assess my car's recall and to have my non-functioning AC fixed. They recommended new wiring and a system rechar I went to Suburban's service center to assess my car's recall and to have my non-functioning AC fixed. They recommended new wiring and a system recharge totaling $1,200! The damage was quoted as RODENT damage which, conveniently, is NOT covered under the warranty. As my car is hardly 3 years old and has 28,000 miles on it I took it in for a second opinion - the new mechanic saw the wires, said it was obviously NOT rodent damage, and repaired them in 30 minutes. I was charged a mere $80 and now have fully function AC. When confronted, Suburban would not admit that it was FRAUDULENT for them to quote me for a $1,200 repair when the wires could have simply been soldered together. I asked for a refund for my diagnostic test and they claimed it was diagnosed correctly even though it was clearly NOT rodent damage. They are not honest and over diagnose repairs! What a great day to save $1,120!!!!!!! More

First Time Leaser I’ve had my drivers license for 12 years, but this was my first time interacting with the sales department of a dealership. Knowing the stereotype of I’ve had my drivers license for 12 years, but this was my first time interacting with the sales department of a dealership. Knowing the stereotype of car salesmen, I wasn’t excited about what I needed to do. I looked around the lot before entering the building. Both guys immediately acknowledged my presence when I walked in, and Michael G was there to help. I explained what I wanted and gave him an idea of what I wanted to pay. He gave me several options, and I told him I needed to think about it. I emailed him early the next day and received a quick response. I returned that afternoon and drove home in my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, super pleased with my experience. Of course, there was paperwork involved. My sales guy Mike was wonderful and accommodating, but I was then turned to the paperwork guy. He was also great. My only wish is that I would have been explained the optional insurance packages when we were discussing prices towards the beginning, not to find out I was going to spend an extra $46 a month (albeit on something I do believe will be worth it). Maybe that’s my mistake as a first time leaser. Overall, I’ll be happy to say Hi to Mike when I see him again and will most likely to continue to do business with them in the future. More

All the staff is so professional and friendly; I felt so at ease through the whole process. Robert went over many options with me and helped me make a choice that worked for my lifestyle and budget. Tom took care of the paperwork, most of it before I even came in to the dealership! They took care of everything and made the buying experience so smooth and stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying/leasing experience. More
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Dropped my vehicle off for service first thing on a Wednesday morning. Never got a call back about the status during the day. Called in the afternoon. Was told a "high importance" message would be left for service. No call back. I emailed asking for a call back. No call back. Thursday nearing the end of business. Have called more then 10 times today. No one has called back. I"ve spoken with sales, general manager, reception and corporate service trainer. Still no information. These people don"t have the decency to even return a phone call. Terrible Avoid at all costs!!!!!! More
