Not only are they the best dealership in the city, but in my honest and critical opinion, they are one of the best examples of experience in Wichita! I am a repeat customer over many years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Their team of intelligent, compassionate, genuinely concerned professionals helped me rebuild my credit years ago after a divorce--I owe them a lot! I have done a lot of research, and not only does Suzuki make an excellent, reliable automobile, but Suzuki of Wichita has an outstanding used car buyer, and their selection of quality pre-owned vehicles is second to none. Their service after the sale is stellar to say the least! They take such good care of you as a customer, that--for me anyway--I wish that there was something more that I could do to repay their kindness, time, and generosity. While I have made sincere, valuable, and lasting friendships with many of the people at Suzuki of Wichita that I have had the pleasure to interact with, I have no other affiliation with them. As I read back through my review, I know it sounds a little "saccharine sweet", but that's exactly how I genuinely feel! This review is the least that I could do for them....And I'm not one to typically write these things. Suzuki of Wichita has EARNED this review. My husband and I have bought many cars over the years and Suzuki was by far the BEST experience we have ever had, the staff was friendly and it was such a relaxing environment, we were offered drinks right a Suzuki was by far the BEST experience we have ever had, the staff was friendly and it was such a relaxing environment, we were offered drinks right away and what little wait we had was so relaxing I started to fall asleep in the recliners, LOL (early busy Sat. morning). Were told everything we needed to know about the car we were looking at up front. There was no pressure and we were able to take the car for a test drive by ourselves. We traded in an older car that was my daughters H.S. car AND a motorcycle, Spencer and Cory gave us upfront trade prices and actually was able to get us more for the motorcycle than was expected at first. I will and already have recommended this dealership for both new and used purchases, the no hassle, no pressure sales environment ROCKS! More

I had a appoint with Marcus to get a loan for a car. When I got there I was walking in and sam was in front of me going in the building. When he opened the door for himself he looked back and saw me and my d I got there I was walking in and sam was in front of me going in the building. I told him about marcus. he took all my information told us about the snack bar. he said make yourself at home are home is yours. when i was giving my price range he took and showed me one.i told him it was to small.he said he had a another car and told us what it was my dad said it was uncomfortable.he said give him a minute.when he came back he said there was a car at the sister lot across town.he drove us to get the car.let me drive the car back to the lot.i had a 12900 budget the car he found at the sister lot was 11701. for never buying a car off a lot before there was no stress and i was not worried about everything that might be wrong with the car. i was able to drive home with something i like and can afford.
