This was our 2nd trip back to Suzuki in two years. Last year we purchased a brand new Kizashi which we continue to love from TJ Lee and assistance from Spencer. It was the BEST car purchase experience we have ever had. NO PRESSURE! So when it came time to look for a different SUV we came back to Suzuki of Wichita. Joe Herrman and TJ (again) were so helpful. We had some changes in our family obligations and needed to downsize into a smaller vehicle with smaller payments. These guys just want to help you whatever your situation and only care about helping you get into the right car/situation for you without sales pressure. I have done a lot of research, and not only does Suzuki make an excellent, reliable automobile, but Suzuki of Wichita has an outstanding used car buyer, and their selection of quality pre-owned vehicles is second to none. Their service after the sale is stellar to say the least! They take such good care of you as a customer, that--for me anyway--I wish that there was something more that I could do to repay their kindness, time, and generosity. While I have made sincere, valuable, and lasting friendships with many of the people at Suzuki of Wichita that I have had the pleasure to interact with, I have no other affiliation with them.
