My wife and I went in to look for a used car to purchase for her. Joe assisted us in looking at all of the cars that we might be interested in, spending time with us, helping us decide what our options wer for her. There was no pressure, no rush, and he had great patience with us and treated us like we were the only ones there. Adrian would "pop in" periodically to help out with questions and give his assistance. It got late, so we asked if we could go home and come back in the morning to make a decision, and Joe, again with great professionalism and patience agreed. We came back the following morning, and decided on a new Kizashi. Joe helped us get set up and drive home with our new car. When we were wrapping up, we found out that it was his day off, and he came in just to get us taken care of! He is not on commission, and he gave up his free time to help us with our purchase! Now that's service! That is why we came back a week and a half later and bought another Kizashi for me! Thank you Joe and Suzuki of Wichita! Waiting time was great, kids kept busy either coloring or playing the built in Xbox. Lunch they serve was fantastic. But most of all the transition didn't happen that Saturday. Normally, I completely dislike car shopping, but Suzuki of Wichita was completely different when it came to customer service. Brandon was awesome, he wasn't pushy and once the finance individuals told me that I needed money down- Brandon emailed me and kept in constant contact with me throughout the time it took me to save and was happy for me when I reached my goal!
