I went to Suzuki to trade in my Reno for something different and I had such a great experience with Trish that I decided to make the drive and come back. No hassles, no pushiness, and no competition. Friendliness was simply off the chart. Everyone seemed to have time to talk with us so we never felt like we were in the way or we were just sitting with nothing to do until they were ready for the next step in the process. Overall we left with a new 2012 SX4 for the same budget point as we were looking at for a used car. The car met all of our requirements in terms of features. The zero percent financing was the icing on the cake. More

Had a great experience. Sales person was very friendly and knowledgable. He was eager to answer all our questions but did not pressure us. We ended up coming back three days later to buy. After several negative experiences at other dealers, this was a refreshing change.
