I was very surprised that once we decided to purchase, we were able to trade in our old vehicle and "Drive Home Happy" in our brand new one! The "no haggle" fair pricing took all of the dread and stress out of the purchase. Normally, I HATE buying a new car, but this time it was a fun experience. We live in the Northwest corner of Washington, about 3 miles from the Canadian border. Suzuki autos enter this country at the Port of Tacoma, Washington. None of the dealers in the the Northwest were willing to look for a red Suzuki SX4 Crossover with a manual transmission in a base model. They all told us 'good luck, that it had been 6 months since they had seen one.' Drew and Spencer, of Suzuki of Wichita, went above and beyond in helping us purchase this car. They put us at ease with a video of the exact car we were purchasing. They handled all of the paper work, and set up shipping to us-we never left home! We are very happy with the whole transaction, and have recommended them to people who have asked us why Suzuki of Wichita? If the opportunity arises, we will be back to purchase again.
