I began my journey of car/suv shopping 2 years ago, reviewing safety features, price, recall, & comfort. I had been to Cadillac, Buick & Mazda, all different local dealerships. However, at Subaru of reviewing safety features, price, recall, & comfort. I had been to Cadillac, Buick & Mazda, all different local dealerships. However, at Subaru of Wichita I felt welcomed. All staff members were friendly, & asking if I found the refreshment area, & to help myself with coffee, soda & even pizza. I also had my 10 year old grandson with me, where there was entertainment for him while talking finance with Travis Nebergall and Adrian Hicks. Both were very helpful, and full of patience with me, question after question. I visited the dealership four times before making my final purchase of the Outback (Special Package). Travis kept his promise in calling me when the Special came in for me to take for a test drive, with the eye-sight safety feature, which I consider a bonus, with the Special Package. Travis was very knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Travis never made me feel like I was being pushed into a vehicle that wasn't for me. My son also recently purchased the 2014 Outback, from Subaru of Wichita. I would say that we are part of the Subaru family, and yes we love our Subaru. From the time I entered the lot I was allowed to look at the cars I wanted without being harassed. When I finally found the vehicles I wanted to choose from I was able to take them for a test drive, and wa the cars I wanted without being harassed. The sales man was very knowledgable about the features and differences between each of my choices. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted they never tried to up-sale me, they were extremely helpful in helping me with my financing, and helped by explaining the difference between each option available. When I wanted some time to think about the options they were very understanding and left me alone to decide on a package that was right for me, with out their influence, which is something I have never experienced before. Even after signing the formal agreement, since it was late and there were a lot of lenders already closed, they said they would continue to work and get me a better rate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially those that have had a bad experience buying a car. More
