Jesse had just started working at Subaru when I came in to look at Forresters. He was immediately helpful and listened well. He handled it perfectly when he didn't know the answer to one of my questions: He simply said "I don't know but I'll find the answer!" And he always did. I came in three times (because I was looking at multiple brands at multiple dealerships) and Jesse was noticeably more knowledgeable each time - he's obviously a quick learner! I really enjoyed the car-buying experience thanks to Jesse. More
We came to Subaru of Wichita because of our friendship with Samuel Cheyney. We were pleased with the vehicles he picked out to show us and test drive. This is second time my Husband and I have needed to service our vehicle, it is always a nice experience. The center has refreshments and a few activities for the children. Our six year old enjoys vis service our vehicle, it is always a nice experience. The center has refreshments and a few activities for the children. Our six year old enjoys visiting, loves the popcorn and fishing for a stuffed toy animal. Travis, the car dealer who sold the Subaru to us, was kind as always and worked extremely hard to fish out the right stuffed toy for our child! He didn't have to, but he went above and beyond to do an act of kindness for our child! These are the type of experiences people remember, we will return to Subaru of Wichita to buy/service our vehicle needs! More
I appreciated having a factual discussion with the sales personnel, rather than listening to a sales pitch. Everyone I met knew the product inside and out. Travis Nebergall promised to check back with me the next day, and followed through. This will be a retirement car for me. I expect I will be driving it for a long time, and have no worries about its reliability. I believe it was money well spent. More
I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX from Subaru of Wichita. I'm very particular in the color, options on the car, and the price. I went to multiple Subaru dealerships around my area and had no luck in them on finding me the WRX that met my requirements. A friend told me to call Subaru of Wichita because they had a vehicle that met all of my requirements and then some more. I gave them a call and spoke to Travis Nebergall. Right off the bat Travis was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I'm a first time car buyer and out of all the dealerships I've visited looking for a new car, none of the sales individuals were as helpful as Travis Nebergall. I've been a big fan of the WRX for years now and Travis was able to relate with me on the WRX. He knew everything about this car and then some more. Right then I knew he wasn't trying to push me into buying this car. Travis was on a personal level with me discussing the love for the WRX. I felt as if I was talking with my friends that own Subaru's. Since I couldn't be present at the dealership to talk to Travis face to face, we communicated over the phone. He told me exactly what to do in order for me to purchase the WRX. He was able to answer every single question I had for him. He was very helpful and would keep me posted on when the car would be arriving at the dealership. He always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I've never seen this kind of service from a sales person at a dealership. He went above and beyond his duties to help me through the process of purchasing the WRX. I will definitely recommend Travis Nebergall to my family and friends looking to purchase Subaru vehicles. If anyone is interested in purchasing a Subaru from Subaru of Wichita this would be the place. I went to other Subaru dealerships and none of them were as helpful as Subaru of Wichita. You will not be disappointed with the service and care they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else so give them a call and be amazed on how professional and courteous they are in helping you find the car you are looking for. More
Matt Frisky was wonderful! Very patient while I came back and drove the Outback probably four times! I wanted to make sure that the automobile we bought was the right purchase for our family. I also purchased a used Subaru after they did a great job of working with me to trade in my Jeep. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know due to my excellent experience. Few dealerships provide authentic service and a goal of shared value, but none in my experience display the commitment to those values as Subaru of Wichita. It was by that reputation from family that I traveled 13 hours to see myself. John Goldsmith, John Muir, and Josh Krause exceeded even the high expectations I had prior to visiting. Both demonstrated immense integrity in openly sharing how they price their vehicles, their industry insight without bias, and most importantly their personality. They allowed me to take the driver's seat in my evaluation, offering guidance when asked and value throughout the process. I have incredible respect for each of them. The camaraderie among staff was evident and not the divisive, cut-throat sales approach to which I'm accustomed. They showed their mission by example: to serve customers first, as well as the world. I'm grateful to know that this group of individuals--beyond the Subaru brand--is pouring profits into world relief. I left owning a new Crosstrek, but also having gained a few new friends, as well. Anyone considering purchasing a car would be remiss to not consider this community of upstanding, knowledgable individuals. I can attest: it's worth the 13 hour drive. More
