My husband initially visited this dealership because it was formally Suzuki and we were in the market to purchase a vehicle. Suzuki was very competitive on the price and he wanted to see what the ride was was formally Suzuki and we were in the market to purchase a vehicle. Suzuki was very competitive on the price and he wanted to see what the ride was like. Though the building said Suzuki, Subaru was in the process of converting the dealership to their brand and we didn't know much about the product, and didn't know anyone who owned one. He was welcomed at the door by Jesse Powers and continued the conversation over several weeks while we continued to compare vehicles. My daughter and I went in a week later and test drove a 2014 Forrester. I couldn't get this car off my mind and over the next few weeks, every car I test drove was compared to this one. The things I liked: visibility, ease of access in & out, smooth drive, turning radius, feeling of spaciousness inside. Since that initial test drive, I have learned a lot more about Suburu and the superiority of their product. The only new car we every purchased was a Mazda MPV in 1990 and the process was horrible, one we promised each other we would never repeat. We have been used car owners since that time and fully intended to find a used Subaru, but owners just hold on to them, another testament to the reliability of the car. We are today the owners of a 2014 Forrester, still in the honeymoon phase and discovering new things to love about it daily. Jesse was an ideal representative for Subaru, presenting facts, not denigrating the competition, and answering all our questions. Adrian could talk motors and engines, torque, etc, a language I don't speak, but my husband does and he enjoyed the time spent with him. More

Mr. Jimmy Davis has sold me all four of my Subaru's. I have been asked why I keep buying Subaru's from this dearlership. My answer: because the people make you feel welcome, they want you to be pleased with your purchase and those in the Service Department are well trained in maintenance. The minute my husband and I drove up to the building, we were greeted very respectful and with smiles. We were waited on hand and foot and treated with respect. Before I met with Matt Friskey, our salesman, it seemed like everyone was trying to make sure my husband and i were taken care of. Matt greeted us with as smile and a warm handshake to start off with and continued the process with the same genuine and sincere kindness and interest that everyone else was already doing. From start to finish, Matt made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. He was very patient with my elderly husband and let him take his time doing what he needed to do.
