Mr. Jimmy Davis has sold me all four of my Subaru's. The last purchased (Dec.17,2013) was a 2013 Forester 2.5X Touring that Jimmy thought I would like because it had some features as in the old outback The last purchased (Dec.17,2013) was a 2013 Forester 2.5X Touring that Jimmy thought I would like because it had some features as in the old outback that I loved. The minute my husband and I drove up to the building, we were greeted very respectful and with smiles. We were assured that they wanted to be as transparent as possible, and they weren't there to try to force a sale on us. We were introduced to multiple people within the dealership, and all of them were just as friendly as Travis. Travis really made sure to get all our questions answered to the fullest extent. Adrian and Roger also answered our questions thoroughly, and helped to make the whole process a lot easier. We were also all very impressed with the free items that we got after deciding to purchase our new vehicle! Other dealerships would not have been so generous. Travis, Adrian, and Roger made the closing fun and easy for us. Everything was explained very well, which was a relief considering how many documents there were. Even after signing the documents and getting the keys, Travis helped to show the features of my new vehicle making sure I didn't have any other questions. He even set up my bluetooth for me! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I saw a truck that I have wanted for over 10 years! It was not what we ended up purchasing but its what lead us to Mark and Subaru of Wichita. From the minuet that we entered that store we were greeted with warm and friendly faces, not like most places that you can tell only want your money, see me as a number not just a customer. Then we were set up with Mark Winegar. What an honest, genuine young man. I told him what we needed and the price we wanted to stay under and he offered a few suggestions. After a few mins there I sent the wife out with him on a test drive, while I hung back with the kids at the coloring table. It was going to be her car after all, and the first one she drove she fell in love with. It was a PT Cruiser. Fit all the criteria we needed, smaller then her impala (Now MY impala) and we bought it. There was a weird popping sound in the front end and Mark who used to be a mechanic said not to worry it sounds like a minor strut problem but we will get that taken care of for you. I believed him. He said if you decide to purchase this we will only need it a day or 2 and you will be back on the road. Well we did buy, and they did fix, and now we have our new car only 1 day after purchase! Chic the sales manager I guess was great as well. NEVER put the pressure on, infact he simply came over to the table gave me what his best offer was, being a sales manager myself I could tell he was not BSing and it was actually better then my walk away price anyway, INCLUDING fixing the strut. Well played sir. We are happy that we chose to go to Subaru of Wichita, and anyone looking for a car the state of Kansas needs to make the trip and visit them! Make sure to ask for Mark Winegar! More
