We had a wonderful experience with Subaru of Wichita. Jimmy Davis was our dealer and he was one of the friendliest car dealers I have ever met. Jimmy took our call every time we contacted him, he even helped us on his day off finalize paper work. He stayed late for us when he didn't have to. We will definitely come to Subaru of Wichita when we are ready to purchase a newer car in the future. I rated Jimmy a 5 on all of the questions that covered him and his service, because his a thoughtful, helpful and fun guy. He is a great car salesman and we loved working with him. I rated the price as good because it was a little more than we wanted to pay, but sometimes you have to give a little more for the car you love. I chose this Dealership to start with from other area dealerships due to having previously purchased two Suzuki's from this dealer. On this trip, I was looking for a previously owned vehicle to purchase. I found a vehicle that was, and is, much to my satisfaction regarding quality, price and service. Once again, the "No-Shark" staff of Sales and Financial had taken the time and effort to get me the deal I needed for purchasing a vehicle. Suburu of Wichita Ownership and Staff have showed, once more, that people do matter. More

What we loved most about our experience at Subaru of Wichita was the no pressure sales! We were able to look around the lot without a salesperson jumping in and trying to lead us where he wanted us to Wichita was the no pressure sales! Travis greeted us at the door, took some information from us and got the first car for us. While we were test driving the first car Travis got the second one ready for us. We loved the second car, a 2005 Mitsubishi Montero. No one tried to talk us into a newer car or tell us that we could not find what we wanted for the price we wanted to spend which happened to us at another dealership earlier in the evening. Travis and Josh found the best interest rate for us and we were not pushed into any extra service plans. Josh made sure we understood all of the paperwork and helped us get it all signed. All of this was done with a smile which considering it was an hour past closing was amazing in and of itself! When we got in the car to drive it home there was more than half a tank of gas in it, how refreshing. We have three more teens that will need cars, we will be visiting Subaru of Wichita again! My husband initially visited this dealership because it was formally Suzuki and we were in the market to purchase a vehicle. Suzuki was very competitive on the price and he wanted to see what the ride was was formally Suzuki and we were in the market to purchase a vehicle. Though the building said Suzuki, Subaru was in the process of converting the dealership to their brand and we didn't know much about the product, and didn't know anyone who owned one. He was welcomed at the door by Jesse Powers and continued the conversation over several weeks while we continued to compare vehicles. My daughter and I went in a week later and test drove a 2014 Forrester. I couldn't get this car off my mind and over the next few weeks, every car I test drove was compared to this one. The things I liked: visibility, ease of access in & out, smooth drive, turning radius, feeling of spaciousness inside. Since that initial test drive, I have learned a lot more about Suburu and the superiority of their product. The only new car we every purchased was a Mazda MPV in 1990 and the process was horrible, one we promised each other we would never repeat. We have been used car owners since that time and fully intended to find a used Subaru, but owners just hold on to them, another testament to the reliability of the car. We are today the owners of a 2014 Forrester, still in the honeymoon phase and discovering new things to love about it daily. Jesse was an ideal representative for Subaru, presenting facts, not denigrating the competition, and answering all our questions. Adrian could talk motors and engines, torque, etc, a language I don't speak, but my husband does and he enjoyed the time spent with him. More
