Travis went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted. He found an Outback at the factory in Indiana, that hadn't been assembled yet and had my name placed on it. Dealer prep and closing were handled professionally, everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful, from parts to sales to service! This is my second Subaru. I'm sold on the performance and safety of this symmetrical all-wheel drive vehicle, they do handle great in winter weather! "Confidence in motion"! The most impressive was the friendly, helpful attutude of Mr.Davis to the finance person to everyone at the dealership. We tried dealing with Subaru dealerships in Oklahoma City but they were not i terested in finding the specific color needed, the price range or the model preferred. He genuinely cared about my needs with my next vehicle, I ended up buying a vehicle from Heuberger when arriving to the dealership to pick up my new Outback everything changed, the price, options, ect. I was feeling forced in a corner, I ended up driving home with the Outback. Given the option again I would certainly have purchased a vehicle from Travis Nebergall and Subaru of Wichita.
