We had a great experience at Subaru of Wichita. My husband and I went in to test drive several models we researched online, but we didn't plan on buying a car for a few weeks. Before going to the dealership, I read about their no-pressure tactics but was still a bit skeptical. However, we felt no pressure throughout the process, and both Samuel and Sam were patient and attentive while we looked and asked questions. We ended up purchasing a car the first day of our visit, but I felt as if we could have comfortably walked away at any point to discuss or research further. We felt zero pressure and gained really helpful information from the sales staff. Josh Krause went through the final paperwork with us, and he was very friendly and easy to work with. I was dreading car shopping initially, but we had a great experience at Subaru of Wichita. It really was a stress-free experience with no pressure and a friendly, helpful staff.
