I have never had such a positive experience as a woman at a car dealer. They treated me not only with respect, but really gave me a lot of information on not only the vehicle I was interested in, but also th a car dealer. I was so impressed with the knowledge base of not only my salesman John Goldsmith, but also the finance guy John Muir who came over, sat down, and explained all my financial paperwork in laymans terms so I really understood everything on my contract that otherwise I would have just gone ahead with, not understanding all the little charges for things that now make sense! I was buying this car so that I could give my old car to my daughter for her 16th birthday. When my salesman John G found out about this, he offered to help make it a surprise by bringing my car in, having it washed and cleaned up and putting a big bow on top for me! She thinks I traded the car in and has no idea this is even planned! We are planning this for Saturday and I'm so excited ! She cried when I told her I had to end up trading the car in, because our intension was for her to get the car for her birthday. What dealership does that? John was very understanding and helped me get my payment down to were I could afford. To me he went out of his way just to help me out. Before going to the dealership, I read about their no-pressure tactics but was still a bit skeptical. However, we felt no pressure throughout the process, and both Samuel and Sam were patient and attentive while we looked and asked questions. We ended up purchasing a car the first day of our visit, but I felt as if we could have comfortably walked away at any point to discuss or research further. We felt zero pressure and gained really helpful information from the sales staff. Josh Krause went through the final paperwork with us, and he was very friendly and easy to work with.
