We came to this dealership in search of a Subaru because one week ago ours was totaled. We were extremely pleased with the service that was provided at Subaru of Wichita. Everyone that we spoke to was amazing and did everything they could do to help us find the vehicle we needed at a price within our range. Jesse was so friendly and I enjoyed talking with him while waiting to start on our paperwork! I would suggest Subaru of Wichita to anyone and everyone, not only for the amazing safety in the vehicles but the experience of shopping for a vehicle at this location! Our "tour guide" Tim Zauche was awesome!!!, he took care of our needs and ensured we had everything we needed while there. My ONLY complaint if you could call it one, is the length of time it took for the deal to process, but once again even with that Tim made sure we had lunch, which the company provided, along with drinks and entertainment...I felt like a valued customer despite what my credit score said....and for that the Stephens family truly thanks you!...be blessed. I appreciate Subaru of Wichita's customer service, they are very friendly and answered all the questions I had. The salesman wasn't just a salesman, he actually had an honest appreciation and knowledge about cars (something that other dealers lacked). Furthermore, at no time did I feel like the dealer only cared about selling a car. Rather, the dealer was focused on making me a happy customer. They took me seriously as a buyer and practiced professional and honest business. A bonus to their service is that they have free fountain drinks and popcorn, and they even had free pizza during day I was there. Their lobby also has televisions in case you're waiting for vehicle service or some other circumstance. Besides the dealership's outstanding customer service, they had the best selection of cars and prices. When I went to look at BRZ's, they had more than any other dealership in several colors in both Premium and Limited models. When it came to financing, Subaru of Wichita was able to give me the best deal. This means a lot since I did not mention exactly the prices I was offered elsewhere for the same vehicle. I recommend purchasing from Subaru of Wichita because they are the best dealership. They have superior customer service, selection, and pricing. Subaru of Wichita was my choice in a dealership, mostly because the sales people are non commissioned. Once i entered the facility, everyone was nice and very polite.
