Best car buying experience ever! We came in to look at used cars. Jesse found exactly what we were looking for immediately and after a test drive, we purchased the car. In the course of conversation, we talked about replacing our truck. We had very specific requirements, so we hardly thought he could meet those needs. But he did and we not only bought the car, but the truck, too! Great Day! We woke up and both had time to look for cars that day. I always have wanted a Subaru and a 5 door fits all my needs. We found the dealership and within minutes we were test driving our picks from the lot. We decided and went in for paperwork. This is usually when I decide that a new car is not worth the hassle but Tyler was great a keeping the procedure easy and even though construction was going on we were very well taken care of. Travis Nebergall was very efficient as well as personable. He did not pressure us at all. He stayed in touch for several days after our initial visit but was in no way trying to pressure us into b personable. He did not pressure us at all. He stayed in touch for several days after our initial visit but was in no way trying to pressure us into buying our Outback. He was informative on the Forester as well as the Outback. Travis fought hard to get us the best deal on our trade-in. When deciding to buy a new vehicle after test driving the Outback as well as the service and help from Travis we did not look at any vehicles at other dealerships. Before we drove off in our Outback Travis went over many of the aspects of the car. He even helped us with the Bluetooth for a cell phone. Travis is the kind of young man we would consider a friend! I truly hope to stay in touch with him! More
