What a Great Team of People We had thought a Subaru Outback would be our next new car. Our neighbor, who had recently purchased a Subaru and told us about the team at Subaru of We had thought a Subaru Outback would be our next new car. Our neighbor, who had recently purchased a Subaru and told us about the team at Subaru of Wichita. So off we went and met with Travis Nebergall and Adrian Hicks; we test drove with Travis and when we got closer to the purchase Travis let me take an Outback on my own so I could further experience the vehicle. After the drive, we new we needed to buy one and sat down with Travis and Adrian to finalize the details. Both Travis and Adrian were extremely professional and answered all our questions. We are now the proud owners of a new Outback 3.6 and couldn't be happier. We'd also like to compliment Alex who assisted with finance paperwork. I'd already done a lot of Consumer Reports research, so the n I went to Subaru just to test drive and do some comparison shopping for my next vehicle. I'd already done a lot of Consumer Reports research, so the next step was to drive the cars that looked good on paper. Jesse greeted me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for. While the XV Crosstrek was on my list to drive, Jesse suggested that I drive the Forester as well, because it seemed to fit the category of vehicle I was looking for. I ended up really liking the Forester. Ultimately we found a 2011 Forester that fit the bill perfectly for us. Jesse was always helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly - NOT CREEPY. As I mentioned, I'd already done research, and was actively out test-driving several makes and models at different dealerships, and I was reminded how uncomfortable a car shopping experience can be. It was a relief to just feel relaxed and excited about the process at the Subaru dealership, and to not feel like I needed to run away as quickly as possible. The Subaru dealership was great in every aspect of the experience. Every person I came in contact with was helpful, polite, and made me feel completely at ease. Thanks guys - great job! Lora More
Quality Customer Service We purchased a Subaru Outback Dec 26, 2013. The car began to have problems starting. The engine didn't want to turn over. We suspected a battery pr We purchased a Subaru Outback Dec 26, 2013. The car began to have problems starting. The engine didn't want to turn over. We suspected a battery problem, but didn't know for sure. On the particular morning that I drove it into the Service Center it barely started. I hadn't planned on making a trip to get my car checked, but my husband suggested that I go ahead and drive straight there instead of running the errands I had planned. A Service Center is a busy place and this particular one is under renovation. A.J.Schoen was the Service Advisor who helped me. He appeared to be somewhat in the middle of a task, but I felt like he put it aside to help me (with a pleasant attitude, I might add). He came out to the car to listen to it start up. He informed me that there probably wasn't going to be an opening that day, but he could give me a loaner car if I didn't mind leaving mine. Due to them having a full slate, our car didn't get looked at right away (I hadn't called ahead or even scheduled an appt), but AJ still called me twice throughout the day to keep me posted on progress. The first thing the next morning, I received a call from AJ telling me that my car was ready. It had in fact been a battery problem, which they replaced. I returned the loaner car and my car is good as new. AJ was kind, helpful, apologetic for the inconvenience, and he was accomodating. He kept me up-to-date on what was going while they had my car. Everything was covered under our warranty, so none of this problem was at a cost to my husband and I. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Our car buying experiencing at Subaru of Wichita was superior, and the care I received at the Service Center under the watchful eye of AJ Schoen was outstanding. Thank you for 'indisputable' customer service! PS~ He washed my car and cooled it off for me (it had been sitting in the hot sun) before returning the keys.
