All the while Travis and his co-workers made sure I was comfortable, addressed any needs I had, and made sure to explain thoroughly any questions I had during the entire process. The staff also worked with me above and beyond to get me in the vehicle at a payment that fit my budget. Drove Home Happy I had been researching and looking to trade my older Mini Cooper in for a "new" used Mini for about 2 months before my experience at Subaru of Wichita I had been researching and looking to trade my older Mini Cooper in for a "new" used Mini for about 2 months before my experience at Subaru of Wichita. I had spent countless hours haggling and dealing with pushy sales people who wanted to know "what they could do to earn my business today" but wouldn't negotiate on the price. After getting thoroughly fed up with the process, I decided to give it one more go when I found another Mini at Subaru that was within my age/mileage requirements. I'm glad I did! I told Travis exactly what I wanted to see; never did I feel I was being pushed toward a purchase or a different car. I unintentionally went to the wrong lot and he was kind enough to let me test drive a different Mini over to the correct location to test drive the one I wanted. At the end of the day, it came down to numbers. I knew going in I would be a little upside down and I had already discussed my banks requirements for funding. The initial numbers were the same as another car at a different dealership which had a lot more features. From my experience at the other dealerships, I figured there was no room for negotiation and got ready to leave. TJ asked what price I was looking for, and I figured why not? I gave him the figure with complete confidence they would say no, but TJ came back just under and we made the deal right there. Their friendliness and willingness to work with me are the reasons I will continue to sing their praises and recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle. More

I went to Subaru of Wichita a few days later to order a new 2015 WRX STI. I was greeted by Adrian Hicks, a very friendly guy who introduced me to Travis Nebergall. Travis provided exceptional work in building my car and updating me on any info on my car weekly. He also lended me his truck in the mean time for I had no transportation. Now that was real nice of him. I would recommend Travis to anyone looking for a new car. Overall experience was excellent! More

Travis was terrific! My wife and I travelled from out of state to visit Subaru of Wichita. Although someone dropped the ball in terms of having the cars ready when I arrived, Travis picked it up and ran for a touchdown. We spent a total of 5 hours at the dealership and test drove 7 cars before buying a 2010 Mercedes C300. Travis was highly professional, very well-informed, and ready to help us find the right car. He's not only an excellent and low-pressure salesman, he's also a great guy to spend an afternoon around. Anyone planning to shop Subaru of Wichita should schedule an appointment with Travis. Tim Zauche was an excellent representative for the company. He was friendly, helpful, informative and trusting. He spent many hours with us as we test drove trucks. John Goldsmith was also pleasant and very helpful. He resolved issues regarding the truck and was fair in his pricing of our truck. Alex Duncan was very professional in regards to the paperwork part of the deal. He explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We will definitely return in the future and will tell our friends about this as well. Buying a car really doesn't have to SUCK! LOL More
