I went to Subaru of Wichita a few days later to order a new 2015 WRX STI. I was greeted by Adrian Hicks, a very friendly guy who introduced me to Travis Nebergall. Travis provided exceptional work in building my car and updating me on any info on my car weekly. He also lended me his truck in the mean time for I had no transportation. Now that was real nice of him. I would recommend Travis to anyone looking for a new car. Overall experience was excellent! More

Travis was terrific! My wife and I travelled from out of state to visit Subaru of Wichita. Although someone dropped the ball in terms of having the cars ready when I arrived, Travis picked it up and ran for a touchdown. We spent a total of 5 hours at the dealership and test drove 7 cars before buying a 2010 Mercedes C300. Travis was highly professional, very well-informed, and ready to help us find the right car. He's not only an excellent and low-pressure salesman, he's also a great guy to spend an afternoon around. Anyone planning to shop Subaru of Wichita should schedule an appointment with Travis. In addition, Adrian provided outstanding managerial support for Travis and excellent sales support for my wife and myself. All-in-all, a great experience! More

Tim Zauche was an excellent representative for the company. He was friendly, helpful, informative and trusting. He spent many hours with us as we test drove trucks. John Goldsmith was also pleasant and very helpful. He resolved issues regarding the truck and was fair in his pricing of our truck. Alex Duncan was very professional in regards to the paperwork part of the deal. He explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We will definitely return in the future and will tell our friends about this as well. Buying a car really doesn't have to SUCK! LOL More

I really was made to feel that I was the only customer on the lot, when in fact, the dealership was full of interested car shoppers! I did not have time for a test drive the day I first visited the dealership, but Jesse worked with me to set up a time I could travel to Wichita for the drive. While on the test drive he demonstrated the many features of the car, and patiently tended me as I navigated myself through all the Forester has to offer! I was sold!! A week later when I picked up the new Forester, the sales team explained all the paperwork to me. The process was painless, and I was in and out within an hour. Jesse has since kept in touch with me via email, phone calls, and thoughtful notes. I would recommend Subaru of Wichita to everyone.
