We had not asked for anyone in particular so I think this was a nice gesture on your part. We enjoyed working with Tim, he was very helpful, friendly and personable. They both were laid back, pleasant, and genuine. We never felt any kind of pressure what so ever, and the negotiations over the deal was easy. Everything was straight forward - we didn't have to wonder if we were being tricked or fooled. Best experience either my husband or I had ever had. I'd recommend them to anyone. Also - Trish in their service department went so far above and beyond any expectations and wowed us with her sincerity and helpfulness. In fact, it was her presence and friendliness at Woofstock last year that motivated us to move Suburu onto our short list. More
Subaru of Wichita comes through...again I purchased a 2014 Outback from Subaru of Wichita in December of 2013 and had a great experience with the whole team. Since then I had six months of fantastic support from the service department, my fair share of car washes, and as much respect from any organization as one could expect as a customer...then something unexpected happened. I was involved in a high speed collision that absolutely totalled my Outback. ( Because of Subaru's outstanding safety engineering I was fine, my car is featured on Subaru of Wichita's website). When the other party's insurance came to me with an embarrassingly low offer and then put the burden of proving the value of the car on me. I told the sales associate from the Outback purchase, Tim Zauche, about the insurance offer and he immediately went to General Manager Dusty Rhodes for assistance with the issue. Dusty volunteered to work directly with the insurance company to get where I needed to be (which we eventually did, gaining several thousand on top of the initial offer). He volunteered to do this even before I had decided to purchase my replacement car from him. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LEADERSHIP LEVEL DOWN Needless to say, I bought my replacement vehicle from Subaru of Wichita and experienced the exact same level of customer focus that I did on my first purchase from them. It is not a fluke. This dealership operates under a philosophy of service, and I have recommended them to friends, family, and acquaintances because of it. If you aren't sure, just give them a chance. You won't be disappointed, and you might even be impressed. More

One Really Angry Customer My visit to Subaru at 11610 East Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS was not at all timely or pleasant, but I kept my calm until I got home and saw my car My visit to Subaru at 11610 East Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS was not at all timely or pleasant, but I kept my calm until I got home and saw my car was not taken care of at all. I will not be bringing my car back to Subaru to correct these oversights that most car owners like me are furious at. Loose bolts, missing push pins, and covers not installed correctly, and replacing hardware with something different. The details are what makes cars nice. In addition I also found in my secondary inspection that on both of my door panels there has been screws in place of my original push pins and now my door panels have both screws and push pins making it look tacky! What makes me the most angry and unwilling to have my car back at Subaru is when I was taking to Corey Trask about this problem he said this work was done by his"best" technician, I would hate to have my car worked on by there worst technician. More

Jesse has followed up with us since we took ownership of our Forester. We know we can contact him any time with questions about our new vehicle. The dealership itself is a very pleasant, clean environment where I know I won't mind being when I take the vehicle in for service. We highly recommend Subaru of Wichita as well as their vehicles!!
