One Really Angry Customer My visit to Subaru at 11610 East Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS was not at all timely or pleasant, but I kept my calm until I got home and saw my car My visit to Subaru at 11610 East Kellogg Drive, Wichita, KS was not at all timely or pleasant, but I kept my calm until I got home and saw my car was not taken care of at all. I will not be bringing my car back to Subaru to correct these oversights that most car owners like me are furious at. Loose bolts, missing push pins, and covers not installed correctly, and replacing hardware with something different. The details are what makes cars nice. In addition I also found in my secondary inspection that on both of my door panels there has been screws in place of my original push pins and now my door panels have both screws and push pins making it look tacky! What makes me the most angry and unwilling to have my car back at Subaru is when I was taking to Corey Trask about this problem he said this work was done by his"best" technician, I would hate to have my car worked on by there worst technician. More

Jesse has followed up with us since we took ownership of our Forester. We know we can contact him any time with questions about our new vehicle. The dealership itself is a very pleasant, clean environment where I know I won't mind being when I take the vehicle in for service. We highly recommend Subaru of Wichita as well as their vehicles!! Travis Nebergall and the rest of the staff were eager to assist me by ge I went in on a whim this morning to check out a Toyota FJ I have been eying. Travis Nebergall and the rest of the staff were eager to assist me by getting the test drive going quickly, checking my trade-in, and making the actual purchase as pain free as possible. All the while Travis and his co-workers made sure I was comfortable, addressed any needs I had, and made sure to explain thoroughly any questions I had during the entire process. The staff also worked with me above and beyond to get me in the vehicle at a payment that fit my budget. The staff members I dealt with first hand were easy going, up-beat, and kept me smiling the whole time. I would definitely refer a friend and purchase another vehicle from Subaru. More

I appreciate them going "Above" and beyond to view, inspect, and test drive the vehicle in a down pour the evening we pulled in their dealership. Drove Home Happy I had been researching and looking to trade my older Mini Cooper in for a "new" used Mini for about 2 months before my experience at Subaru of Wichita I had been researching and looking to trade my older Mini Cooper in for a "new" used Mini for about 2 months before my experience at Subaru of Wichita. I had spent countless hours haggling and dealing with pushy sales people who wanted to know "what they could do to earn my business today" but wouldn't negotiate on the price. After getting thoroughly fed up with the process, I decided to give it one more go when I found another Mini at Subaru that was within my age/mileage requirements. I'm glad I did! I told Travis exactly what I wanted to see; never did I feel I was being pushed toward a purchase or a different car. I unintentionally went to the wrong lot and he was kind enough to let me test drive a different Mini over to the correct location to test drive the one I wanted. At the end of the day, it came down to numbers. I knew going in I would be a little upside down and I had already discussed my banks requirements for funding. The initial numbers were the same as another car at a different dealership which had a lot more features. From my experience at the other dealerships, I figured there was no room for negotiation and got ready to leave. TJ asked what price I was looking for, and I figured why not? I gave him the figure with complete confidence they would say no, but TJ came back just under and we made the deal right there. Their friendliness and willingness to work with me are the reasons I will continue to sing their praises and recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle. More
