John Goldsmith worked very hard trying to find me another vehicle that was in my budget along with being mechanically sound. I have always loved Subaru and will definitely be back to purchase another one as soon as finances permit me. I have also already recommended this dealership to multiple other people. I had first been to a local Ford dealership as I was looking into possible a truck but after everyone being rude when they found out we were on a budget I went back to where I should have started and will only deal with this dealership in the future for all my car buying needs. Pleasently surprised I had been into the service department about a year ago and had a not so great experience, I took my car in last week reluctant to go back. BUT I was a greeted with the smiling face of Corey, he took time to make sure he understood what the problem with my car was then when they finished working on my car he rode with me to make sure it was fixed, plus they washed it! My most awesome, pressure free, car buying experience! After careful research and consideration for safety, I decided on a Subaru Outback. Living in Texas, I test drove one her. A family member in Wichit After careful research and consideration for safety, I decided on a Subaru Outback. Living in Texas, I test drove one her. A family member in Wichita had bought a car at Subaru of Wichita recently, and was VERY happy! So, Via internet, phone, and e-mail, with Jesse James Powers as my salesperson, I bought the car. He answered all my questions, worked with me on all aspects of the sale, (including the trade-in, with the input of his sales manager). From beginning to end, he was very professional, but also very friendly, and patient. He made me feel very comfortable, because he exerted no sales pressure! He kept me informed every step of the way! I believe, Jesse loves what he does, because he managed to ease my concerns, and seemed to share my excitement, and encouraged me to call with any questions/concerns! I feel, he was interested in turning my already nice car buying experience into a wonderful one! I never thought I would EVER buy a car over the internet, but with a good salesperson like Jesse Powers, it's a cinch! Freedom to shop I roamed around the car lot looking at every Subaru they had. I picked out what I wanted but didn't understand some of the options that were listed so I went inside where Travis Nebergall was happy to answer my questions. We went back out and looked the car over. He was friendly, he knew about the vehicle and how to work everything. I decided to buy it. He demonstrated some of the features for me. I had purchased a Suzuki a few years ago and I love the service department. I feel I can trust them and that they won't try to sell me services that I don't need. Overall, a great experience. More

The best buying experience ever. I brought my Suzuki in for some recall work,while I waited I went out to the used auto area and started looking around. I found a Lexus that was in I brought my Suzuki in for some recall work,while I waited I went out to the used auto area and started looking around. I found a Lexus that was in excellent condition,so I went back in side and my recall work was finished. When I arrived back home I told my wife about this Lexus.We went back a couple of days later and drove the Lexus , we just loved it.We talked to the salesperson Tyler Thomas he was just great, answered all our questions helped out immensely.We drove the Lexus home and drove around and came back made a deal with Tyler for the auto. He and the rest of the sales personal were just great!
