I had some hurdles to overcome on my end with my credit union but the staff at Subaru of Wichita were patient and understanding. As Travis and TJ would always say "No Challenge". I was in the middle of no where and Cory rescued me I was traveling alone through Arkansas and I stopped for break and to get some coffee. When i tired to start the car, the key wouldn't turn and nothin I was traveling alone through Arkansas and I stopped for break and to get some coffee. When i tired to start the car, the key wouldn't turn and nothing would engage. I felt a bit panicked sine I was a senior woman alone, in the middle of no where. I called the service dept. Number and Cory answered. I explained the situation and he kindly and patiently walked me through the process to resolve the issue without stressing me out or making me feel stupid. He was wonderful! Then about a month later, an inattentive drive ran a stop sign and hit my car with me and my girlfriend in it. It was a sad sight to see. no one was hurt, the sad part was my baby (aka the car...) looked like it had thrown up. it was smoking and the engine and other components were hanging out of the front. However it turned out to be blessing in disguise! I got to go and visit my favorite duo Sam and Sam!!! I have know sam, the team leader since i was in elementary school, and he did an excellent job supervising both sales. I was looking for something similar to my mazda for my replacement car. But as soon as i sat in my 2014 cross trek i knew i had to have it. it is absolutely amazing! I love it. we also looked at other very nice cars, but the cross trek was the car for me. Samuel and sam made the process very easy and quick, I can never imagine myself getting a car anywhere else. The sam's are still in touch with me asking how much i love my car. The answer is the same every time. It is a straight shag wagon. Okay not really.... But i still love it! and it is nice! Now to the serious point. Subaru of wichita is easily the best dealership I have ever been to. I have been to the luxury collection of wichita on 13th and greenwhich and you guys blew them out of the water!! I was not the one purchasing the luxury mercedes, but my relative who did buy it was satisfied with the car, and not the sales. Ive said it once I will say it again, if subaru of wichita does not get the dealership of the year, I BLAME THE ILLUMINATTI!!! More

John Goldsmith worked very hard trying to find me another vehicle that was in my budget along with being mechanically sound. I have always loved Subaru and will definitely be back to purchase another one as soon as finances permit me. I have also already recommended this dealership to multiple other people. I had first been to a local Ford dealership as I was looking into possible a truck but after everyone being rude when they found out we were on a budget I went back to where I should have started and will only deal with this dealership in the future for all my car buying needs. Pleasently surprised I had been into the service department about a year ago and had a not so great experience, I took my car in last week reluctant to go back. BUT I was a greeted with the smiling face of Corey, he took time to make sure he understood what the problem with my car was then when they finished working on my car he rode with me to make sure it was fixed, plus they washed it! Corey made me feel like I was the only person that mattered. Thank you Subaru of Wichita! You have earned back a customer!!! More

I would say that 20% of making me buying the Impala SS was because of this guy and 80% for orher interests. All in all, the difference i can tell about the dealer from the others that he is not only looking for business and makes things done, in fact not. He remains with friendly. In general, if you desire to purchase a vehicle just drop by at Subaru of Wichita firdty. However, i am not satisfied at the price of thr car. More

Brandon showed us a few cars and we fell in love with a little silver Suzuki that had everything we were looking for. Everyone in the dealership was great to work with and very helpful. My most awesome, pressure free, car buying experience! After careful research and consideration for safety, I decided on a Subaru Outback. Living in Texas, I test drove one her. A family member in Wichit After careful research and consideration for safety, I decided on a Subaru Outback. Living in Texas, I test drove one her. A family member in Wichita had bought a car at Subaru of Wichita recently, and was VERY happy! So, Via internet, phone, and e-mail, with Jesse James Powers as my salesperson, I bought the car. He answered all my questions, worked with me on all aspects of the sale, (including the trade-in, with the input of his sales manager). From beginning to end, he was very professional, but also very friendly, and patient. He made me feel very comfortable, because he exerted no sales pressure! He kept me informed every step of the way! I believe, Jesse loves what he does, because he managed to ease my concerns, and seemed to share my excitement, and encouraged me to call with any questions/concerns! I feel, he was interested in turning my already nice car buying experience into a wonderful one! I never thought I would EVER buy a car over the internet, but with a good salesperson like Jesse Powers, it's a cinch! The entire crew at the Subaru of Wichita was very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend this great place! More
