I absolutely love my car with a passion and had looked at several other dealers. I saw it there and knew this was the place I would buy my car from. Sam Steele actually looked me in the eyes while talking and you could tell he was actually listening to me and everything I said. He cared and it showed. He helped with any problems we had and so did Chris who had just started there. Very helpful and a good experience. More

The car itself was very very nice, but My fiance and I bought a car from Subaru of Wichita. A few days later, we realized it wasn't the right choice. The car itself was very very nice, but we decided it wasn't fit for our growing family and wasn't rugged enough for the dirt roads we live on. They have a Love It or Leave It deal that allows you to return the car within 72 hours or so many miles. We are located about 150 miles from Wichita, so we went over the allowed miles to do this deal and we were over the 72 hour time limit. We called Sam Steele and he worked out a deal with us. We traded our car for a SUV that day and we are so happy with it! Subaru of Wichita wants you to RIDE HOME HAPPY! Thank you Sam! More

We worked most closely with John Muir and Samuel Cheyney after my initial call to Reby Wirtz, who connect us to John and Samuel. Even though everything sounded too good to be true, we were prepared for the same negative negotiation experience and negative surprises that we've all experienced at other dealerships, but to our grateful amazement, this was by far the MOST casual, up front, no hassle, supremely professional experience we have ever had. We have told everyone that the drive is worth it to do business with Subaru of Wichita, and as long as these lovely people are still in business when it is time for another vehicle, we will absolutely be doing business with them in the future! I was in the middle of no where and Cory rescued me I was traveling alone through Arkansas and I stopped for break and to get some coffee. When i tired to start the car, the key wouldn't turn and nothin I was traveling alone through Arkansas and I stopped for break and to get some coffee. When i tired to start the car, the key wouldn't turn and nothing would engage. I felt a bit panicked sine I was a senior woman alone, in the middle of no where. I called the service dept. Number and Cory answered. I explained the situation and he kindly and patiently walked me through the process to resolve the issue without stressing me out or making me feel stupid. He was wonderful! Then about a month later, an inattentive drive ran a stop sign and hit my car with me and my girlfriend in it. It was a sad sight to see. no one was hurt, the sad part was my baby (aka the car...) looked like it had thrown up. it was smoking and the engine and other components were hanging out of the front. However it turned out to be blessing in disguise! I got to go and visit my favorite duo Sam and Sam!!! I have know sam, the team leader since i was in elementary school, and he did an excellent job supervising both sales. I was looking for something similar to my mazda for my replacement car. But as soon as i sat in my 2014 cross trek i knew i had to have it. it is absolutely amazing! I love it. we also looked at other very nice cars, but the cross trek was the car for me. Samuel and sam made the process very easy and quick, I can never imagine myself getting a car anywhere else. The sam's are still in touch with me asking how much i love my car. The answer is the same every time. It is a straight shag wagon. Okay not really.... But i still love it! and it is nice! Now to the serious point. Subaru of wichita is easily the best dealership I have ever been to. I have been to the luxury collection of wichita on 13th and greenwhich and you guys blew them out of the water!! I was not the one purchasing the luxury mercedes, but my relative who did buy it was satisfied with the car, and not the sales. Ive said it once I will say it again, if subaru of wichita does not get the dealership of the year, I BLAME THE ILLUMINATTI!!! More
