We were just looking! We came in to the dealership looking for an older model Jeep. We wanted to stay within a budget. They told us that they had a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sa We came in to the dealership looking for an older model Jeep. We wanted to stay within a budget. They told us that they had a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara but they had just taken it in in trade and it had not even been through detail yet. We went to see it in it's rough state and we decided that we were very interested. We set down and gave them our information and they came back with numbers we could work with. We knew we could not take it that night and with it being the holidays we were told that it would be Friday before they could get it all worked out with the Banks. When we came in Friday to pick it up we were pleasantly surprised to find that the banks had managed a small miracle with a lower interest rate so that our payments were the same but we would pay it off in 4 years instead of 5. We were very pleased by the efforts of the whole team. More

I am not the easiest customer to please but he has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make me feel like a valued friend. I just recently picked up my 2015 WRX that I had ordered and I could not be happier. All the safety ratings and performance reviews had me sold long before the car actually arrived. The toughest part was deciding on the color. I look forward to doing business with Travis and Subaru of Wichita in the future. Oh and you cannot beat the no pressure sales environment. You go at your pace and you do not have a salesman breathing down your neck trying to get you to buy a car with a bunch of extra crap that you do not need on it. More

The salesmen were friendly and gave us any information we needed on the cars weren't trying to make us get in a really expensive car and even tried to work with us on a car for the price we wanted. The people working finance came out and sat down with us on what exactly they can do for us and how they would go about getting her the price she wanted. In the end we both walked out of there the owners of a brand new Crosstrek and a brand new WRX. I'd recommend going to Subaru anytime your looking to get a car. More
