We've spoken with Matt Foster and Markus Morris. While we are sorry that your experience over the phone with our company left you dissatisfied, we assure you that every attempt was made on the last Saturday of the year to earn your business. You had originally asked us to handle the financing and when the car you had picked was more than your approved payment, we simply asked for a pay stub to try and increase your approval. We also suggested leasing your next vehicle, but we weren't trying to push you one way, just giving out options. You called back with your own financing handled and we put together a cash transaction for you. We were priced below Retail book value and discounted our car an additional $529.57. Matt and Markus prepared several worksheets for you. With back and forth phone calls, we did our best to offer you timely and accurate information. The last week of the year is easily the busiest week all year long in the car business. You were and are important to us. If you did not get the quality service we strive to give all of our customers during this busy time, I can simply apologize for any misunderstanding and promise that if you need to speak with me about any issue we may not be aware of, we will gladly take your call or be happy to call you.
