I was looking for a Subaru, either Forester or Outback. As I was browsing in the lot, Mark Clark approached me and we started a conversation about my desire for a car. I was immediately impressed with Mark As I was browsing in the lot, Mark Clark approached me and we started a conversation about my desire for a car. I was immediately impressed with Mark because he did not start with the usual pressure tactics that are so common among sales representatives. He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, was genuine and friendly, was obviously knowledgeable about his product, and most of all, was respectful of my time-frame for buying. As it turned out, my wife and I bought a loaner Forester that we are completely satisfied with. I asked Mark to give me a bottom line that would meet our budget and he was able to do so. The purchasing process was simplified and expedited by Mark and the rest of the staff. In addition, I had recommended a friend to Mark, and he went and saw him and bought a car from him. He was also very satisfied with Mark and his buying experience. Mark is a breath of fresh air in a profession (auto sales) that seems to working hard to clean up its reputation. I would recommend him to anybody. Mike Peluso Puyallup, WA More
We never thought we'd own a Subaru ! My husband has been taking cars apart and putting them back together for 40 years now. As we're approaching retirement, we decided to get a small SUV. My daughter-in-law taking cars apart and putting them back together for 40 years now. As we're approaching retirement, we decided to get a small SUV. My daughter-in-law suggested a Subaru. She loves her Subaru Outback, especially how it handles in the snowy weather. So we arrived at the Subaru dealership a bit apprehensively, where Dennis took us for a test drive, all the while no sales pressure, just, this is the car ...this is whats great about it...see what you think. The Subaru Forester pretty much sells itself. It's a great product, but it's the friendly service and professionalism that closed the deal. That includes the service department as well. They make everything right for you! If they had the man-power they'd probably make "house calls" ! However, Dennis calls every now and then to see how the car is doing. ( nice personal touch ) That was in 2009 that we bought our first Subaru. Unfortunately, we were hit by a drunk driver recently and had to get another car. Of course we went to Puyallup Subaru, and we're back on the road already with our new 2011 Subaru Forester. Thanks again to the staff at Puyallup Subaru. More

We had been browsing the local dealerships and not really finding a car that we were interested in. It didn't help that every car dealership we went to we greeted with a guy who was trying to get us into so finding a car that we were interested in. It didn't help that every car dealership we went to we greeted with a guy who was trying to get us into something when he hadn't even take the time to ask what we were looking for. That all changed when we walked into Harnish Subaru and met Dave Warmack. Dave wanted to actually get to know us and know what we were looking for. He was incredibly patient and worked hard to get us into a car that we wanted and one that he knew would work for us and our needs. He is a great salesman and a wonderful, genuine person - a far cry from your stereotypical car salesman. More
We started our day looking at a Chevy. Once we walked over to the Subaru side to look at the Outback, we had a wonderful experience. The Chevy person introduced us to Brian. Brian began by explaining t over to the Subaru side to look at the Outback, we had a wonderful experience. The Chevy person introduced us to Brian. Brian began by explaining the car to us: its safety features, the way the engine differs from most cars, etc. Shortly after, we were ready to go for a test drive. It was a busy day and Brian was working with other customers. He got in the car with us for a drive around the block to make sure we were comfortable with everything, before we dropped him off and went on our test drive. Needless to say, the Outback sold itself. When we got back, Brian was still working with the other customers, but he checked in with us periodically to make sure we were okay and to answer any questions. Once we decided on a specific vehicle to purchase, the buying process took about three hours (again, it was a busy day for them). However, Brian was very accommodating, offering us soda, and even got us some Subway for dinner; we hadn't eaten all day, so this was very appreciated! It was finally our turn to sign paperwork, and Mark was very friendly and made sure to explain all of our options to us. He also related his experiences with credit unions to us, which was helpful. Once we were done with that, Brian went over some highlights in the owner's manual with us, flagging specific pages that we should pay attention to. Brian stayed after hours with us, until we transferred everything over from our trade in. I was extremely pleased with all of the staff at Subaru of Puyallup! This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle. We will definitely return when we need another one! Thank you to everyone there, particularly to Brian and Mark. More

It was raining when my wife and I stopped by at Subaru of Puyallup. Don bravely went outside and welcomed us with an umbrella. Don was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. He helped us find the exact Puyallup. Don bravely went outside and welcomed us with an umbrella. Don was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. He helped us find the exact car we wanted at the right price and didn't pressure us to look for a different car. He gave us good advice and helped us reach our budget. After finally coming to an agreement with the price we took our new(used)car home that very day. His customer service didn't stop there. The next day Don called and checked up on us and the car. When we also brought our car in for service, he was there making sure we were being taken care of. Just some of many ways Don expressed superior customer service. If your looking for a car, I suggest you stop by Subaru of Puyallup and see Don Sposato. More
Mark Clark was professional, yet friendly. He was very easy to work with. If he was high pressure, we would have left. We would recommend him to our family and friends. The outback we bought is "unique" easy to work with. If he was high pressure, we would have left. We would recommend him to our family and friends. The outback we bought is "unique" so there were things that no one knew, but we were able to get in touch with the prior owner, which has been very helpful. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was helpful and courteous. Buying a car from out of state cost us a little more, which we were not aware of ahead of time. More
My husband and I had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. We looked at the inventory of several Subaru dealers prior to our visit, and with a plan in mind made our first stop in Puyallup (with Aubu Puyallup. We looked at the inventory of several Subaru dealers prior to our visit, and with a plan in mind made our first stop in Puyallup (with Auburn, Renton, and Bellevue to follow). Needless to say it was our first and only dealership. Mark was friendly, casual, and above all easy-going. We did not feel any pressure to buy which made it an even more enjoyable experience. This is our first Subaru, though definitely not our last. We love our Legacy and have already decided that should we need to ever trade in our Saturn Vue, we will be headed back to Subaru of Puyallup. More
